Welcome to our villa situated in the “Valley of the Honey”.
The spacious villa called Villa Del Angel is situated on the edge of Arroyo De La Miel in a well-kept, quiet residential urbanisation, yet close to shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and many attractions.
The villa has 4 bedrooms and can sleep 10 comfortably. It has large terraces all around with sea and mountain views. Villa del Angel has been equipped to a high standard with its own private pool, BBQ and outside summer kitchen, satellite TV and large roof top terrace. Villa Del Angel is the perfect accommodation for families wishing to relax.
The property is a 10 minute stroll from the town of Arroyo de la Miel with its abundance of bars, shops, restaurants and railway station taking you to Fuengirola or Malaga. A 20 minutes stroll will find you on the promenade in Benalmadena Costa.

The accommodation consists of 3 double beds, 1 bunk bed, and 2x2 seater bed settees. The Villa comfortably sleeps 10 guests. The lounge provides seating for 8 plus 2 settees in downstairs tower room and there is ample seating in the dining room for up to 16 people!!! The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker and hob, a combi microwave, an ice maker and every pot and pan imaginable. We have just finished furnishing the conservatory with a beautiful suite,and full length mirror. So you can check you look ok just prior to going out on the town. see photos.

The Villa benefits from sea and mountain views. Take in the sun from the balcony and terraces where there are two awnings to provide shade. 10 quality sunbeds surround our private outdoor swimming pool and gardens.
We have an outdoor summer kitchen which has hot and cold water and a cooker & hob for perfect BBQs. There is outdoor dining furniture ideal for al fresco dining.

There is hot and cold air conditioning at the Villa.
Parking is directly in front of the villa (roadside).
Smoking is permitted outside and ashtrays are provided.
All linens as well as bath and hand towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels, or just buy them at the Chink supermarket. Estimated cost 5 euros each.
No sitting on furniture with wet swimwear or suntan lotion

Conditions
Please complete and print out the booking form with your signature and send along with a cheque for the booking fee made payable to T M W Clark. Details of where to send the cheque (if applicable) will be provided on booking. Alternatively, email us with your contact telephone numbers so we can call you back and take card payment. (our preferred method of payment is credit/debit card).
Confirmation Of Your Reservation / Booking Fee
A non-refundable booking fee of 33.33% of the rental cost will be payable when confirming your reservation. Bank transfers or cheques are accepted. Contact the owners for bank details.
Upon receipt of the cleared funds you will receive confirmation of your reservation (via e-mail or regular post, whichever is most convenient to you).
Balance Of Rental Cost
The outstanding balance is required to be paid in full 8 weeks prior to your arrival date if you are paying by bank transfer / credit card or 10 weeks prior to arrival if you are paying by cheque. For bookings less than 8 weeks prior to departure the full rental cost will be due at the time of booking. Your reservation cannot be held if the funds are not received.
Deposit
A refundable deposit of £300 is required against damage or breakages to be paid at the same time as the balance of the rental cost. This deposit will be returned within 20 days of the end of your rental period following inspection for breakages or damage. In the event of any damage or breakages a suitable sum will be deducted to cover replacement or repair plus a management charge of 10% of the cost.
Please note: This privately-owned house contains the owners’ own chosen furniture and possessions that are used when the house is not available for rent.

The Costa del Sol region


The Crocodile Park in Torremolinos is a great afternoon out with baby crocodiles that can be held!! The Big Daddy crocodile living at the park is claimed to be Europe's biggest crocodile! The guides are very informative and next door is the Aqua Park with something for all the family, giant slides, wave pool, even pick up a henna tattoo along the way.
Within a very close distance are a wide range of golf courses, the local one being Torrequebrada, but many are situated all along the coast.
Local towns that are worth a visit include Benalmadena Pueblo and Mijas. Donkeys are in abundance in Mijas offering rides to the visitors and the church is very sweet. Sunday evening you can find bullfighting in Benalmadena Pueblo – take your hankie.
If you drive Ronda, Granada and Gibraltar can be visited in about an hour and a half. The Alhambra Palace is a spectacular site in Granada and you can even ski in winter on the Sierra Nevadas.
The Benalmadena / Arroyo de la Miel area
Benalmadena Costa is a great place to have your holiday. There is something for everyone no matter what the age. The marina is a must and has been voted the best in Europe on more than one occasion. It has a wide range of restaurants, bars, shops – you can get a boat ride, a mini train ride around the town, go fishing, visit the Sea Life Centre or just watch the world go by. Morning coffee in the Bar Kalido could bring you face to face with Antonio Banderos the owner!!!!
The local beaches are sandy, well maintained and lovely for all the family. You can hire sunbeds, umbrellas, pedalos, etc.
Within walking distance from the villa is Tivoli World – a must for both big and little kids. The cable cars are opposite the Tivoli World entrance and well worth the trip, the views are amazing. Upon reaching the top a horse and bird of prey display are shown twice daily.
There are local market days to, in Arroyo de la Miel on a Friday situated at Tivoli World carpark and on a Wednesday in Fuengirola, bargains galore especially the leather goods.
On your stroll down to the beach pass through Paloma Park to see the wide variety of chickens, rabbits and ducks that walk with you around the paths.

For extra days over 7 (1 week) and under 14 (2 weeks) divide the applicable weekly rate by 7 and multiply by number of extra days.To calculate the price.
Longer lets and ‘last minute’ bookings at reduced rates are possible.
Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation must be made in writing by the signatory of the Booking Form. If you cancel your holiday you will be liable to pay charges as set out below.

We strongly recommend you take out travel insurance to cover such unforeseen circumstances and also to cover your own personal possessions. The owners will not accept liability for any damage or loss to guests’ possessions under any circumstances.
