Lovely sunny south west facing air conditioned apartment overlooking the fabulous swimming pool & gardens. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of this three storey typically Anducian style complex situated around a beautiful pool and gardens. As the terrace faces south- west, it benefits from almost all day sun, absolutely perfect for alfresco dining.

Recently re-furbished with the additional benefits of Air Conditioning and Plasma TV, the apartment is lovely & bright and close to Marina, Beach, Shops, Bars,Restaurants, Supermarkets and railway station with direct links to Malaga.

Fitted kitchen with good range of wall & base units, hob & full oven with extractor, washing machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, iron & ironing board all crockery and cutlery. Dining table & 4 dining chairs, there is also a dining table,chairs and parasol on the terrace giving you the choice of where to eat dependent on the weather.

Comprising of twin beds, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets.

Bath with shower, toilet, hand basin.

The apartment building is in a peaceful side road just a minutes walk from the supermarket as well as restaurants and bars.

There is large swimming pool (open all year) as well as a small paddling pool surrounded by a beautifully kept garden.

Although there is no private parking within the apartment complex, it is normally possible to park just outside the gates.

The Costa del Sol region

The Costa del Sol reputed to being one of the biggest tourist destinations in the world is translated as the coast of sun benefiting from approx 320 days of sunshine per year there are miles of safe sandy beaches an abundance of fantastic golf courses and of course the snow caped mountains of Sierra Nevada.

Whether relaxing on the beach, sightseeing, fishing or shopping the Costa del Sol has something to offer to young and old alike. The area is steeped in history dating back before the Greeks, Romans and Moors.

The Benalmadena / Benalmadena Costa area

Benalmadena Costa has numerous Bars, Night Clubs and Dancing venues. There are venues showing well known acts and also lots of stars of yesteryear as well as bars hosting nightly quizes, karaoke and even bingo. A lot of the bars have large screen TV's and show all the main sporting events.

At Benalmadena's award winning Puerto Marina which is approximately 10/15 minutes walk you will find many restaurants, bars and nightclubs in fact something to suit all ages and tastes.

Tivoli World at Arroyo de La Miel which is just a short bus or train ride away has a Spanish theme park with an array of breathtaking rides, beautiful gardens and superb Flamenco dancing or for those with a head for heights why not take a ride on the cable car to the mountain top and take in the breathtaking views.

Paloma Park again only a short distance away is lovely to stroll around, there you will find a beautiful lake complete with water fall as well as many forms of wildlife including chickens, rabbits and peacocks that roam freely around the park, it is also the home to the Sea Lions and Selwo Dolphins who perform there daily.

There are two excellent water parks in the area which are easily accessible the nearest and largest being Torremolonos and an excellent fun day out for all the family.
On the beach you will find there are many water sports that you can participate in and for the daredevils why not try your hand at paragliding .
If your a keen angler there are many good fishing spots and organised sea fishing trips from Benalmadena Marina and Port at Fuengirola.
Bored with sunning yourself on the beach? Then why not take a boat trip, there are many that go out daily from the Marina.
Throughout this area there are many pretty white villages which are much more the traditional Spain e.g: Benalnadena Pueblo and Mijas Pueblo can both be reached by bus are well worth a visit, Mijas Pueblo being the larger of the two. Both have bull rings, beautiful churches and fantastic views of the costa, there are lots of quaint shops and many restaurants and bars serving all types of food including the authentic dishes like Paella and numerous Tapas dishes.
If you want to venture a lttle further a trip to Gibraltor takes approx 1hour

Restaurants:
One of the many attractions is the range and diversity of both cafes and restaurants where you can eat a hearty English breakfast for 5 euros and the Menu of the Day including a glass of beer or wine (three courses) for 10 euros.

The small one time fishing village of Carihuela with its many fish and seafood restaurants, bars and buzzy atmosphere is a must for all food enthusiasts and only about 10/15 minutes walk.

Fish Alley in Fuengirola is a hive of activity in the evenings, having every type of restaurant including some with live music and many bars and clubs.
Arroyo de la Miel again a very buzzy town is a short bus ride away it has many cafes and restaurants to suit all tastes and pockets
Benalmadena Puerto Marina has a fantastic choice of restaurants from Spanish to Italian,Greek, Mexican, Indian and Chinese to name but a few.

Shopping:
Plaza Mayor is a large outdoor complex which is buzzing in the summer months located between Torremolinas and Malaga it hosts designer shops, dozens of restaurants with a variety of themes, many bars and a multiscreen cinema.

There is a new Miramar shopping mall in Fuengirola with two floors of shops including lots of fashion stores , shoe shops, household, furniture and hypermarket there is also a multiscreen cinema.

Torremolinos & Fuengirola are easily accessible by bus or train both having many shops of all desciptions plus lots of excellent Tapas bars.

There is also the famous Tuesday market in Fuengirola where you can pick up many bargains and amazing fruit & veg for next to nothing.

Malaga approx 20 mins away is the capital of Andalucia and has many attractions including a magnificent Cathedral , designer shops and departmental stores as well as hundreds of bars and restaurants that make fantastic tapas and paella.

Fly to Malaga Airport which is less than 20 mins drive, there are a number of budget airlines including Easyjet, Ryanair, Monarch and BMIbaby depending on where you are flying from but to get the best deals it is usually best to book early.

We operate an airport transfer service for 25 euros, all we need are your flight details.
Alternatively the train station is approx 5 minutes walk from the apartment.
