Buses stop within the complex giving access to the beaches, the enchanting Benalmadena Marina and the bustling town of Arroyo De La Miel.

The apartment comfortably sleeps 6 with a double bed settee in the living area. The windows and patio doors have metal blinds to keep the apartment cool along with attractive wrought iron grilles for extra security. In the living room there is a soft cream Italian leather sofa and a marble dining table with 6 cream leather chairs. There is a matching marble console table and a glass coffee table. A further side table with matching rocking stool and armchair compliments the living area.
The main bedroom overlooks the front terrace and has a double bed with two bedside units and matching chest of drawers. There is a further chest of drawers in the built in double wardrobe along with a safe. The beautifully tiled en suite bathroom has a jacuzzi bath and a vanitary unit.
The second bedroom overlooks the rear courtyard and has two single beds, a bedside table and built in wardrobes.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with everything required for a self catering holiday and leads onto the rear courtyard.

The large terrace is partially covered providing some shade and has a large outdoor dining table with six chairs. There are two cane easy chairs with coffee table and two large cane sunbeds with luxurious thick cushions. The terrace has various planters and greenery and is very quiet and relaxing..
There is also a rear courtyard with a bistro table and two chairs, also with plants. This leads off from the kitchen and is useful for reading and relaxing.
The garage allows secure parking for two cars immediately opposite the entrance to the apartment.
The nearest swimming pool is at the end of the block and has shade and grassed areas for sunbathing. A further three swimming pools are within a couple of minutes walk.
The golf clubhouse on the complex serves drinks and meals and offers relaxing indoor and outdoor seating areas. There is also a small shop selling provisions.

The apartment will be cleaned on your departure. Should you require a mid stay clean this can be arranged.

The Costa del Sol region
With over 320 days of sunshine a year the region offers a great choice of beaches, watersports, countryside and historic towns however there are plenty of other activities available.
The apartment is well situated for access to the Costa Del Sol's popular resorts - Fuengirola, Torremolinos, Marbella, Puerto Banus as well as the historical areas of Malaga, Mijas, Ronda, Granada, Seville and Gibraltar.
Benalmadena Pueblo is within walking distance and is a typical whitewashed village with a variety of restaurants and bars mainly set within picturesque squares. The views from the church square are spectacular.
There are 2 golf courses within walking distance also 2 driving ranges, a bowling green and a bar/restaurant with a lovely view over the sea. The latest craze of sphering is proving very popular here!
Behind the complex there is a horse riding centre.
Arroyo de la Miel (Approximately 1 km away) is the main shopping area and can be accessed via the local bus.
Benalmadena Costa can also be accessed by bus and is where you will find the beaches, bars nightlife and the award winning Marina. The Marina is lovely during the day however it is worth a visit in the evening with its many restaurants and bars.
Palomo Park offers a more peaceful outing with many species of birds a lovely lake, cafe and children's play area.
Tivoli World is a must for children and here you can also take the cable car to the top of Calamorro (if you have a head for heights!)
The Sea Life Centre and Selwo Marina are also popular attractions on the Costa. Further along the coast you can find Fuengirola Zoo, the Crocodile Park at Torremolinos as well as a water park.
