The apartment is located just 800 metres from the beach, on the outskirts of the town in a quiet and peaceful area. Only five minutes drive to the beautiful Puerto Marina, Torrequebrada Casino, Tivoli World, Selwo Marina Park and 30 minutes from Marbella and the world famous harbour Puerto Banus. Easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out.
The apartment benefits from its own private garden and pool. Leading from the living room and two of the bedrooms is a 43 m2 spacious balcony with stunning sea views, furnished with a great BBQ, sunbeds, table and chairs to enable you to dine outside 24h.
With three double bedrooms, the apartment is ideal for families and Golfers, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
Costa Del Sol, also referred to as Costa Del Golf boasts more Golf Courses than any other area in Spain. With car hire, the nearby beautiful Ardeles Lakes are definitely worth visiting.
The Malaga area is surrounded by old towns, beautiful countryside, olive groves, palm trees and flowers and is saturated in sunshine 300 plus days of the year.
The mountains of Sierra Nevada are 2 hours drive away where between November to May you can enjoy both skiing and sunshine.
Benalmadena / Torrequebrada area
The old traditional Andalusian villages of Benalmadena and Mijas are both only a short drive away with cobbled streets, donkey rides, and many bars and Restaurants. Fuengirola Zoo is a short train,bus ride away, along with 2 Waterparks.
Local Street markets are very popular not only with the tourists but the locals also!! Friday morning is the main market in this area, and is situated close to Tivoli World in Arroyo De La Miel, a 5 minute drive from Finca Doña Maria. The award winning Puerto Marina is a few minutes drive, featuring Dolphin trips and many restaurants, bars and shops.
The apartment is only 20 minutes drive from Malaga airport and the Torrequebrada Urbanisation is a very private sought after location on the Costa Del Sol.
How to get there
Fly to Malaga - Benalmadena is just 16 km from the airport.
Cheap flights available from all over Europe to Malaga airport.
Car hire available from www.hellehollis.com, www.premiercarhire.co.uk. etc.
Local buses and the local train runs regularly between the airport and Benalmadena.
There are always local taxis available - fare should be no more than 25 Euro.
