El Palomar is just two minutes from the beach on the edge of Benalmadena Pueblo a quiet, peaceful and very beautiful white village. Located in the centre of the village the shops and local market are a short walk. The village is without doubt one of the most charming on the coast, with many excellent restaurants for eating out including the regionally famous catering school that was awarded a gold medal by the King of Spain. Benalmadena Pueblo is a perfect holiday location.
The house benefits from its own private dipping pool on the rooftop garden terrace which has stunning sea views. On the second floor there is another spacious terrace furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With a large master bedroom with walk in wardrobe, another large double bedroom and a comfortable single bedroom El Palomar can sleep a large family comfortably. In addition with a big open plan kitchen/sitting room, an office and two large terraces El Palomar is a spacious house with stunning outside areas suited to the Spanish climate.

In Benalmadena Pueblo the regionally famous catering school received a gold medal from the King of Spain and there are in the village some of the very best restaurants in the area.
