Owner lives in Arroyo de la Miel i.e. 10 minutes drive away. She works at a hotel in Torremolinos and has done for many years which means she knows the area very well and is willing to help you with any questions, such as, day trips, walking trips, car hire, night life areas, etc,etc,
If you require a starter food/drink pack it can be arranged.

6th floor apartment situated on the sea front facing south west. Wonderful views of the sea and mountains. overlooking the garden and pool area below. Everything you need on your doorstep, including a main bus route.
Torrequebrada Golf Course 10 minute drive away El Malagueño "chiringuito" beach bar in front of the property.
Take a walk along the promenade to Puerta Marina or along to the fishing village "La Carihuela"
The Benalmadena / Benalmadena Costa area
For those who are not familiar with the area there is a wide variety of bars and restaurants all along the sea front. You are literally a stones throw from the beach. The pools are open during the summer months. Nearby is Paloma Park, full of wildlife and fauna. also Selwo Marina dolphinarium. The glamourous Marina is a comfortable walk away, where you can find Sealife aquarium. Also apart from the yachts and boats plenty of night life and entertainment. I stayed in this apartment in June 2010 and returned again in August 2011 which in itself says a lot as I would not have returned had it not been as fantastic as it was. The apartment itself is lovely, bright, spacious and more like a home. It had plenty of room for myself and the other 5 family members I was staying with. It is kitted out with everything you could possibly need and with the extra toilet and hand basin it really is ideal for a family or group of people. I must add that the location of the apartment could not have been more ideal. Coming from someone who never walks anywhere and I mean literally I walk from my front door to my car and that really is it, it is a very short walk to the marina and the main clubbing area. It is an amazingly quiet apartment as it is so close to everything, I brought my 5 year old son with me both times and did not hear a noise from anywhere except the waves on the beach but hey can't complain about that can I? The pool is fantastic too, very private, hardly anyone ever in it so most of the time you have it to yourself which I must say is way better than having to elbow your way through a tiny pool full of tourists. Lastly I must say the owners really are some of the kindest most helpful people I have ever met. They will bend over backwards to do everthing they can to help you with whatever you need. They really are great people and I can't thank them enough for everything they did for us. I will definately be going back again next year, have already started saving only 2 days after I got back. I can absolutely assure everyone out there that you will not be at all dissapointed if you decide to rent this apartment, I had the most amazing holiday ever.
