Our apartment is a ground floor corner apartment right beside the pool.There is a large wrap around south facing terrace with table, chairs, sun loungers and BBQ. A separate terrace can be accessed from the master bedroom. This terrace is facing southwest and is furnished with a table and chairs and is only a few feet away from the pool. The terraces are tastefully planted with climbing plants and shrubs and have golf, sea and fantastic mountain views.
There is secure underground parking with access to the apartment via stairs or lift. The doors and windows are fitted with traditional wrought iron ornamental gates and each has a roll away aluminium blind for extra security and to shut out the sun keeping the apartment cool. The apartment is fitted with a video entry system which controls access from within and there is also a safe which guests may use. The apartment is also equipped with a fire blanket and smoke alarms.
The apartment is finished to a very high specification and has marble floors throughout, granite worktops in the kitchen, built in wardrobes in each bedroom and is furnished with high quality modern furnishings.
A climate control system provides either air conditioning or heating throughout the apartment as appropiate.

The lounge is furnished with a soft Italian cream leather chaise with matching chair. There is a modern glass dining table with seating for six and matching coffee and lamp tables. A 32 inch flatscreen LCD TV is mounted on the wall and satellite TV is provided with English channels. There is also an ipod docking station, dvd / cd player and a selection of family and children's dvds for your entertainment. Lighting and artwork have been added to compliment the furnishings. Patio doors lead from the lounge to the spacious terrace.
The kitchen is well equipped with ceramic hob and hood , a full electric oven, dish washer and washing machine, fridge and freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. An iron, ironing board and clothes airer are also supplied. There is also a portable radio / cd player in the kitchen.
The guest bedroom has two single beds with a bedside unit, lamp and built in wardrobe and comes supplied with a hairdryer. There is a 19inch flatscreen wall mounted TV and dvd player in this room and a separate satellite system and an X Box 360 have also been installed to keep the kids entertained.
The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, bedside units with lamps and built in wardrobe containing a safe. There is a wall mounted mirror with vanity shelf and chair and both hairdryer and ceramic straighteners are provided. The master bedroom has it`s own ensuite bathroom, sliding patio doors leading to the wraparound terrace and separate French doors leading to a smaller private terrace. This is a wonderful place to relax with a glass of wine in the hot evenings. The terrace overlooks the pool and has fantastic mountain views.
The en suite is off the master bedroom and is separate from the rest of the apartment .This comprises of a sink, wc, bidet and bath with powerful overhead shower and bath screen. A first aid kit is also provided.
The shower room has a wc, sink and shower. Both bathrooms have a marble finish throughout and towels are provided. Guests will also have the use of beach towels during their stay .

There is secure underground parking with access to the apartment by lift or stairs. Or you can park right outside the apartment.
The apartment has a large wraparound terrace which enables you to enjoy the sun from mid morning all day long and late into the evening and also have access to some shaded areas at the same time.There are sliding patio doors leading onto this terrace from both the lounge and the master bedroom.
A separate terrace is accessible through French doors also leading from the master bedroom. This terrace overlooks the pool and has spectacular mountain views. All terraces are tastefully furnished with tables and chairs. Sun loungers are provided and guests also have use of a gas BBQ. The terraces are planted with climbing plants, flowers and shrubs.
Sun loungers and beach towels and a cool box are provided for use at the pool or beach.
The swimming pools' opening hours are determined by the community of owners and are usually from 1st June to 30h Sept
Guests also have access to our recently opened Club house and all of it's facilities. The club house has a bar, cafe / restaurant, small shop and gym.Guests are able to book tennis and paddel tennis courts, the golf driving range and golf course from here.The club house is open from 7.30am to midnight every day and is only minutes away from the apartment.
Upon arrival you will be met by the keyholders who will show you around the apartment and can be contacted incase of emergency or should you need any help or information about the area. A complimentary welcome pack will be provided for stays of a week or longer. If you have any special requests please ask and we will do our best to arrange it.
This is a strictly NO SMOKING apartment.
A non refundable deposit if £150 is required to secure booking with the balance being payable eight weeks prior to commencing holiday.
A refundable breakage deposit of £200 will also be required along with balance of payment. This is to cover the cost of replacing locks if keys are lost and also any damage caused to the apartment and will be refunded after your holiday upon satisfactory inspection of the apartment.
The property will be cleaned for your arrival and again upon your departure. Fresh towels and linen will be provided and this is included in the rental price. Guests will also be provided with beach towels and sun loungers are available for use at either the pool or the beach. Extra cleaning can be arranged at an additional cost if required.
The Costa del Sol region
Costa Del Sol is also know as Costa Del Golf and with excellent championship golf courses and over 320 days of sunshine every year you can see why. But the region has much more to offer than just golf. The golden beaches extend all the way along the coast from Malaga through Torremolinos and past the award winning marina of Benalmadena on to the playground of the rich and famous at Puerto Banus and Marbella and eventually on to Gibraltar. Alongside the coast run the mountain ranges dotted with traditional white washed villages such as Mijas and Rhonda.
The Benalmadena / Arroyo de la Miel area
Benalmadena is divided into three districts.Arroyo de la Miel is the main town centre.This is the main shopping area and here you will find an abundance of bars and restaurants to suit every taste. Tivoli theme park and the cable car ride to mount Calamorro can also be found in Arroyo. From the top of the mountain you can see some fantastic views along the coast as far as Gibraltar.There is also a train station in Arroyo which will link you with the airport and towns all along the coast.
Benalmadena Costa is where you will find the beach and the marina.This is the busiest part of the area where you have access to 9km of safe sandy beaches. Sunbed and parasols are available for hire and a host of water sports are available.The Marina has won the title of the worlds best marina several times and it only takes one visit to see why. During the day it is busy with people shopping or taking boat or fishing trips and in the evening it becomes the place to party with its many bars, restaurants and discos creating a fantastic atmosphere. In this area you will also find 24 hour square with its numerous bars, discos and nightclubs.
Beside the marina you will also find Sea Life, This is a unique magical marine experience that is home to over 3,000 exhibits including the largest collection of sharks in Costa Del Sol. You will be amazed as you walk through the underwater ocean glass tunnel and see the sharks swimming all around you. The kids will be able to feed the Stingrays in the hugh tank and will love the Clown fish ( Nemo ) . A cafe, mini golf and kids playground are all available on site.
If you want to find somewhere quieter to relax then Parque du Paloma is a must. This is a beautifully landscaped free park with a lake surrounded by walks. It is only 300 metres from the beach but is very peaceful and relaxing. Chickens , ducks, geese ,rabbits and peacocks roam the park freely and are quite tame.There are also cafes and children's playgrounds within the park.
At the top of the park you will find Selwo Marina. This is an innovative marine fauna park and is the only Dolphin and Penguin park in Andalusia. Exhibits feature Dolphins, Sea Lions and Exotic birds and regular displays and shows take place throughout the park at various times.The penguin enclosure is the only real ice enclosure in the Costa Del Sol.The park is child friendly with touch and explore pools and a great kids playground.
The beautiful white washed village of Benalmadena pueblo is approximately 1.5km from the apartment and among its narrow cobbled streets you will find many more traditional restaurants and tapas bars, some with magnificent views over the coast. There is also a Bull Ring near the Pueblo and the new Butterfly Park can also be found there.
There are many other parks and facilities in the area such as the FuengIrola Zoo, The Crocodile park in Torremolinos and several good water parks that will make a great family day out.

Our apartment is situated in Benalmadena near Malaga on the Mediterranean coastline of Costa Del Sol in Andalusia, southern Spain. Easyjet, Aer Lingus, Ryanar, BMI and Monach are among some of the low cost airlines that fly into Malaga airport which is only fifteen minutes from the apartment. A car is recommended and can be hired through your airline or from Malaga airport. Doyouspain.com is a good search engine for reasonably priced car hire. Taxis are available from the airport or you can catch a train to Arroyo where you can then get a taxi or bus to the apartment or if required we can arrange a private transfer to the apartment from the airport.
The apartment is in a residential area but is on a local bus route and a whole host ot attractions and amenities are only a few minutes away.

We Stayed in this apartment for one week in April 2013. We have stayed in benalmedena a few times before but mainly on the coast and not up beside Arroyo. But we were pleasantly surprised with the plenty of good quality bars and restaurant's in the area. Before we had even arrived at the apartment the attention to detail was outstanding. The owners emailed us frequently prior to going with every bit of information and advice possible. We were met at the apartment buy the "meet and greet"guy as arranged who explained everything about the apartment. We also received a welcome pack of bread ,milk ,water,butter etc until we got a chance to go to the supermarket.
The apartment itself was immaculate. Everything there that you could possibly need .It felt like home from home almost immediately .We would definitely go back and I would recommend it to anyone.

From the moment we booked this apartment, I knew we wouldn't be disappointed as Robert and Ellen keep me up-to-date on everything I needed to know about the apartment before and during my holiday. Robert and Ellen also provided us with information regarding the complex and surrounding areas.
When we arrived, we were met at the apartment by Joe who showed us around the apartment, she made us feel at home and informed us of the welcome pack, which was greatly appreciated after a long day of traveling!
This apartment was like just being able to bring your own home on holiday with you! We settled in quickly and we felt at home instantly. Having two teenage boys the WI-FI was a great addition to the apartment as was the 'Sky TV' in the bedroom. The iPod docking station also got plenty of use. It was also a great addition to have the use of the shopping trolley which made trips to and from the supermarket easy. That was certainly the case, when bringing the fresh meat back to the apartment for an evening BBQ on the terrace.
Robert and Ellen also provided us with an extra gas cylinder for the gas barbecue should we run out.
Having the pool so close to the apartment was great, you literally had to walk a few meters out of the apartment, and you were there!
This was our fourth year in Arenal Golf, and this apartment was by far the best we have ever stayed in. Robert and Ellen suggested that we visit the newly opened club house which served great food and drink at a reasonable price.
The bus service in the area was fantastic, it was cheap and always on time for trips into Arroyo or the Marina. There is also a bus service that takes you in the opposite direction into the beautiful village of Pueblo which is definitely somewhere you want to see! We were provided with a taxi number in the apartment, which was quick and easy to use.
Throughout our holiday we knew that Robert and Ellen were only a phone call away should there have been any problems.
This apartment is top class as mentioned in the title and we would 100% recommend this apartment to family and friends. We will definitely be booking this apartment in the near future.

This Apartment is everything you could want for a relaxing family holiday. The pool is right outside the window! There's a play station , dvd's , books , games , English tv channels , towels are all provided , two bathrooms , etc.
And if you can tear yourself away then you can have peace of mind because it's very secure-there's even a safe for your valuables.
It's also ideally located between the quiet beautiful pueblo with it's delicious fish restaurants and stunning Arab market ( only on certain days) and then in the other direction you have the busier centre of Arroya with it's mixture of tapas bars and international restaurants. And if that's not enough , go a little further and you'll find a world class marina with even more.
For the attractions we can only comment on the ones we used-Selwo was very good for the Dolphins but was a little disappointing otherwise , we also went to Gibraltar -approx 1 1/2 hours away and this was fantastic-do the full tour-you'll see everything .
Been to Spain many times in last 20 years and this is the best Apartment we've stayed in Looking forward to coming back. Thank you Robert and Ellen.

The minimun rental period is for one week and our rates include all linen and towels including beach towels and we'll even through in a welcome pack. At the moment our rates are all inclusive and there are no hidden extras although air con will be metered from September 2013
If we agree to rent for a period of 6 nights or less then a supplement of £50 will be added to cover the cost of cleaning.
