About the home

Only 5 Mins Walking Distance To Beach !! This is a stunning townhouse in a very peaceful part of the Costa Del Sol but within easy reach of all the attractions like bars and restaurants. Once you arrive at Malaga airport it is only a 15 minute car journey away to reach this lovely holiday home in the sun.The townhouse is built over three floors and comprises 3 large and very comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom which is on the top floor and has a double bed and its own en suite bathroom and private sun terrace with large table and chairs ,sun loungers and awning It also has a large built in wardrobe for your comfort.

The second double bedroom can be found on the lower ground floor. It again has a double bed, large wardrobe with view from the bedroom window looking to the pool side area.

Also on the lower ground floor is where you will find the 3rd bedroom. This is a twin room and has two single beds. This room also has its own private terrace. Both the double and twin rooms on this floor share a very large and comfortable bathroom.

All bedrooms come with their own fan and alarm clock and have been tastefully decorated.

On the ground floor is where you will find the lounge Kitchen and utility room……

The lounge again has been furnished to a very high standard with hand made Mexican furniture throughout and has all the comforts of home that you would wish for…. DVD player (With dvd library) Sky television (all ITV and Ch4 Channels) Playstation and games,Mp3 Hi-Fi stereo. You will also find a guest information folder and a hints and tips book that has been designed to give you as much information about the local area as possible and it also has some useful information about visiting Spain for the first time.

From the lounge there is also a terrace which again has stunning views of both the mountains and sea furnished with high quality wicker table and chairs

There is also a fully equipped kitchen. You will find everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Kettle, coffee machine, iron and ironing board, full fridge and freezer, toaster, new oven and hob and everything else you would expect in your kitchen at home.

The Townhouse is also ideally situated for golf with one of the best known courses just across the road "Torrequebrada Golf" . The house has been designed for your comfort in mind and we are sure that you will enjoy a holiday here. If your looking for a relaxing beach holiday or a more sporty holiday, then this house is perfect because of its location.There are now security gates which give even more peace to the area and more parking spaces!

We are also now taking LONG LET bookings of any period of up to a year . This house is ideal for a long let.

All linen and towels are provided however we do not provide beach towels, a weekly changeover/maid service is provided on changeover day.
SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED INSIDE THE HOUSE....ONLY ON TERRACES.

Set in charming grounds and a tennis court, new gates have been installed making the area even quieter and more parking spaces outdoor entertaining can be enjoyed on the terraces as well as the large front porch where you can also relax in the afternoon sun,
there is a bar and restaurant close to the house,you can enjoy a holiday without the need for a car (although access to one is of course an advantage) as there are supermarkets , restaurants and bars within walking distance,bus stops and the beach!

The house is located close for trips to Ronda,Mijas,Gibraltar,Granada With the best climate in Spain the Costa del Sol is a favourite holiday location. Torrequebrada is ideally placed for exploring the coast as well as hidden treasures such as Mijas Pueblo and Benalmadena Pueblo. (Benalmadena Pueblo is a short bus ride and is caught at the end of the road from the house) In addition to the bus service along the N 340 coast road, there is a main pick-up point for excursions to Gibraltar, Granada, Cordoba and Seville, Cadiz and boat trips are available to Morroco

The Benalmadena / Torrequebrada area

There are many festivals all year round in Malaga,Benalmadena also has its own festivals,all information is provided along with dates in our guest folders
a brand new shopping centre is near completion behind the house. Torrequebrada is a quiet place to retire to after a long day out , trip to the beach or a good night out at the Marina
Benalmadena offers the holiday maker an abundance of activity. Lovely sandy beaches and warm water, great food wine and beer. One of Europe's best golfing destinations. Mountain range backdrop with cable cars to the top. The mountain region of the Sierra Nevada which provides southern spain with its Ski and snowboard season in winter is just a car drive away. To the West near Tarifa is a popular and well known coastline for windsurfers and surfers A must see !!

Dont forget the weekly markets where you can pick up some wonderful hand made arts and crafts.

Cheap flights from most major airports in the UK to Malaga.
Property can be reached by Taxi at a cost of 20 Euros approx
Car Hire is availible from Malaga airport
Local bus can be taken from the airport and will drop you at the end of the road. This would take about 35 minutes.a car isnt necessary as there is a bus stop at the end of the road serving Fuengirola one end and Torremolinos and Malaga the other and only take a few minutes at a very cheap fare,
The House is perfectly located for day trips to RONDA, MARBELLA,GRANADA,NERJA

Hi got back from spain at the weekend, wow what a lovely house! We went over for coffee a few times while my family were there, the view is amazing. I just wish I was staying there instead of with my dad! Thank you for the bottle of wine, it was a lovely thought.
