About the home

In a prime location, this ground floor apartment is within a traditional style Spanish block just 3 storeys high and is only a 2 minute walk to beach. The property is nestled among an array of shops, tapas bars and restaurants where you can sample succulent steaks, barbecued fish or traditional paella.
Stroll down the paseo to the glitzy marina - it boasts fabulous yachts- see how many celebrities you can spot then spoil yourself with a purchase from one of the many sophisticated designer shops.
Out and about, local agents will arrange day trips to Gibraltar, Seville, Granada or North Africa - you can even book tickets for a bullfight! Malaga is home to Picasso ,just 9 stops on the train from Arroyo de Miel is a museum dedicated to his work .

This ground floor apartment is 35 sq m, it has an American style kitchenette with breakfast bar, hob and microwave. The sofa bed in the sitting room converts to a small double bed for a third person if required. Guests often leave sun tan lotions, tea/coffee etc at the apartment on their departure, please feel free to use these.

Conditions

Flexible booking dates.

Guests must vacate the apartment by 10am on the day of departure to allow for cleaning and incoming guests at 2pm (it may be wise to consider this when booking your flights).

A £100 cheque will be required to cover any loss/damage - this cheque will be returned to you in full as soon as possible following a satisfactory inventory check by the Property Manager and receipt of the apartment key.

Swift return of the key to the owners address by recorded delivery would be appreciated.

The Costa del Sol region

Stroll through Park Paloma. Hit the bars or night spots at 24 hour square, join in the salsa dancing at Antonio Banderas bar on the marina. Catch a bus to Benalmadena Pueblo a pretty 'white' village or even Mijas to buy some bargain leather or other handcrafted goods.

Take the cable car to see the hawk show and dancing horses. Visit the Friday morning market. Go for a swim in the beautiful sparkling sea, and finally ........roast to a turn in the glorious sun on Santa Ana beach.

“Perfect location the beach is a stones throw away!” Having just returned from our bargain holiday the owner was very hospitable in accommodating our last minute booking. Although inexpensive to rent the apartment was far from it. It catered for all our needs and was home from home. It is perfectly situated minutes from the lovely clean beach and only took 20 minutes in a cab from the airport. Restaurants and bars are in abundance again with a few minutes stroll, as is the stunning marina just a 10 minute walk along the promenade where the restaurants & bars are more up market and open til the early hours. There are lots of local attractions and things to do: Paloma park with its animals wandering round and cactus garden, sea life at the marina and tivoli world and cable car ride up in Aroya just up the hill going inland. We found several entertainment bars The Elefante and Bonanza bar with tribute acts and cheap drinks plus a karaoke bar which also had on live acts. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return next year.

“Great Location” A really good location the beach is just yards away. The actual apartment is nice, very clean but quite small only really big enough for 2. We did have some trouble with unlocking the front door but on our return we reported this to the owner who I am sure has sorted it.

“Very enjoyable, plenty to see and do, apartment good and close to everything.” We enjoyed our stay and was certainly very good value. The apartment was very well equiped, neat and tidy. The area was interesting and with a good bus service to other locations.
