The complex has a quiet communal pool and is private and secure, if you need parking it has one you can use. In one minute you can visit the Paloma Park where the children can feed the animals, Selwo Marina is a walking distance, where you and your family will have a great day with the dolphin and sea lion shows. The marina is very close, has plenty of life night and day, there are many shops, boats to sail to Fuengirola, the Chinese boat and many more. The location of this property is ideal because all the amenities are close at hand.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
Backtracking, and after crossing Málaga city and the Guadalhorce, we enter the coastal part of Málaga, which is more than sun and beach. It is a singular Málaga, colourful, stretched between the sierra and the sea. Sunny with white towns leaning on the sierra, balconies towards the Mediterranean in Benalmadena and Mijas.
The climate is without doubt the determining factor for the appearance and formation of the Costa del Sol as a first class international tourist area. More than 300 days of sun per year, and the rest up to 365 which are also pleasant, plus the good average annual temperature, are the best identity cards to define the mildness of the coastal Málaga climate. It is not risky therefore to state that the Costa del Sol has the best climate in Europe with the singularity of adding that the visitor can get a tan in the winter and be skiing in Sierra Nevada, only two hours away, in Granada which is the most southern winter ski resort in the European continent.
Benalmadena / Benalmadena Costa area
Without having to leave the city, you can go from Torremolinos to the Benalmadena coast, and from the coast to the mountain, through a landscape of hills speckled with urbanizations, which have the sierra and Benalmadena town as a background to this mountainous, urban and marine scenery.
This town, which is at 241 metres altitude above sea level at only 2 kilometres from the coast, is converted at the sides in a large balcony overlooking the mediterranean. From the three nuclei which form Benalmádena, the coastal area, the intermediate Arroyo de la Miel, and the village raised on the slope of the mountainous cornice close to the coast, it is the latter which offers the same physiognomy as the rest of the white villages.
The "Sea Life" park is the first submarine park of the Costa del Sol is within walking distance, the castle of Alíjares appears between trees and well-kept urbanizations. From this castle, which is very singular and has recently been built, one can see diverse species of predatory birds in action. In Arroyo de la Miel, there is a fairground, Tivoli World where you and your family can have a great day, but if you are looking for beaches, you will find here many and secure beaches to enjoy your holidays with the family.

Fly direct to Málaga (Many low cost airlines flybe, easyjet etc.), 15 minutes from airport to apartment. We can provided a price list for rent a car and pick up in the airport.

immaculate apartment spotless 2mins walk beach lottielola bradford. Date Submitted: June 30, 2009 Date of Stay: June 2009 i travelled with 4 mums and 6 yes 6 children beutiful apartment extremly well maintained, the owner was lovely and was on hand just below more than happy to help in any way bus times directions ect.paloma park and selwo just 5 mins walk great for the kids with dolphins penguins seal lions and much more, plenty of bars restaurants shops. the apartmnet was very safe and secure for children, and the pool area was great.i have stayed in benalmadena numerous times and this is an ideal spot for everything,i would definatly stay here again.we got the boat from marina to fuengarola and walked to the zoo well worth a visit,also the water park in torrelaminas caught bus and walked plenty for young kids,our age range was 2-7 and they all loved it.we had a fabulous holiday and you will not be dissapointed if you were to book .we stayed the 9-16 june 2009 and it was red hot every day carnt wait to go back xx michelle bradford
