This apartment is the perfect place to relax and unwind. It has two terraces for dining and relaxing both with sea and mountain views and two large swimming pools set in beautiful landscaped gardens.

It is spacious throughout with one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a twin bedroom served by an additional bathroom.There is also a separate double sofa bed in the lounge to accommodate a 5th and 6th occupants when required. The apartment is equipped with all mod cons to ensure that your stay is as relaxing and pleasurable as possible. It has air con, English TV, a DVD and there is free internet access.The lounge has double glass doors leading onto the two elevated terraces.

The apartment is far enough away from the night-life for those who prefer quiet relaxation in the sunshine.There are paddle tennis courts, a gym and a spa available next door to the apartments which allows payment for gym access and beauty treatments for those who like to keep fit while away, or just relax and unwind in luxury.The apartment is also accessible to all areas of Benalmadena via the regular bus service that stops on the main road. It is also accessible to Los Boliches beach front with it´s array of beachfront bars, shops and restaurants.

We also provide a book of all the local information, useful phone numbers & tourist information maps, containing detailed information on all areas of Benalmadena Costa & Benalmdena Pueblo regarding recommended restaurants, bars, market days, tourist attractions etc. Since we live locally, we are able to provide lots of useful personal hints & tips on how to make the most of your holiday from day one. You can also opt for airport transfers and even a tour on arrival by our local representative that has over 20 years experience of living and exploring the local area. All in all you will have a full service holiday without the costs of the package holiday prices.We have 11 apartments to choose from, all owned by friends and family who use them as holiday homes. Tastefully furnished throughout, benefiting from a light and airy lounge area with patio doors leading onto the two terraces.

All rooms have blackout shutters to enable afternoon siestas or extended lie ins.

Both the bathrooms & the bedrooms provide ample suitable lighting & mirrors & all bedrooms have sufficient hanging & storage space.

A book of all local attractions & places to visit is also provided in the apartment.

There is a local bus stop up on the main road which provides a regular, reliable and cheap, air-conditioned bus service, which stops at the many local amenities and attractions.

A copy of the bus route is provided in the apartment together with an information booklet on all local facilities and places of interest. The leisure club next door allows you to pay for additional sports and leisure facilities e.g. paddle tennis, gym, jacuzzi, sauna, nail and beauty treatments etc.

Only suitable for young children in buggies, or the elderley or infirm, if you use the local cheap and efficient taxi service or a hire car, since the apartment is midway up a long hill and therefore difficult to walk for those less able.

We can also provide welcome food packs in the apartment for arrivals in the evening, or on a Sunday or a local bank holiday, when the shops are closed.

One set of bedding & towels is provided for each occupant, with the exception of towels to be used outside of the apartment e.g. at the pool or the beach.

Although this is a non smoking apartment, smoking is permitted exclusively on the outside balcony.

Air conditioning/heating usage is payable locally via a one euro coin meter

The Costa del Sol region

The Costa del Sol translates to coast of sunshine and the all year round summer temperatures attract many thousands of visitors to the coast each year in search of sun, sea and sangria!

From November to March there is also the opportunity to combine your sunbathing with a trip to the mountain-top village of Sierra Nevada, where the ski resort atmosphere gives a totally different dimension to your winter break and the snow covered mountain scenery is spectacular. Sip hot wine, have a brandy and coffee, dine overlooking the vast mountain backdrops, have snowball fights in the sunshine, or shop for winter outfits to keep out the cold for when you return home! Skiiers take your ski's, non-skiers...go on give it a try!

This region of Spain also boasts many varied and contrasting Spanish towns and cities, from Seville and Granada, to Ronda, Nerja and Puerto Banus, all having unique sightseeing opportunities.

Gibraltar is also about 1 hour away and is renowned for it's money saving duty free shopping and the famous barbary ape colony high up the rockface. Close to Gibraltar, there is also easy access to North Africa, via Ceuta or Tangiers, should you wish to experience a different continent in the same trip, including Camel rides, Snake Charming, Bazaar shopping and the inevitable bargaining that goes with each purchase!

In short there is a whole world of different experiences within easy reach.
