Sunny 2 bedroom apartment very close to the beach in the centre of Benalmadena Costa. Close to the beautiful Paloma Park and La Palla Rocca Hotel off the Coast Road. The apartment is 1 minute from the beach and all amenities i.e. restaurants, bars, bus routes. It is also approximately 5-10 minutes walk to the Marina where you can shop, catch the local ferry to Fuengirola or Malaga, arrange a boat trip to swim with the dolphins or simply fish!! Paragliding is also available. The beautiful Paloma Park is approximately 2 minutes in the opposite direction where the children can play while you enjoy a coffee or a well earned beer. Also very near is Tivoli world together with cable car lifts to the top of the Sierra Nevada Mountains.
The apartment consists of 2 double bedrooms (portable fans installed in rooms), 1 bathroom with shower, lounge/diner, fitted kitchen with washing machine. Sky TV, CD and DVD player. There is a very large terrace with sun loungers and table & chairs. The apartment overlooks the residence community swimming pool (seasonal). The apartment benefits from all year round sunshine and therefore is ideal for winter lets.

We really had a great time staying in this apartment. Its a fantastic location, couple of minutes walk to the beach. Lovely shops and restaurants close by. I found this apartment very secure. Rooms were very clean. Bus stop is just less than two minutes away. I would love to stay this apartment again and again. TV screen could be little bigger and this the only reason I rank this apartment Very Good rather than Excellent. Thank you Elaine. |

This is a great apartment and is extremely well equipped. We really found it a home away from home. The apartment is in a wonderful location, literally a couple of minutes from the beach with wonderful restaurants within a few minutes walk. Elaine was lovely to deal with and we definitely plan on a return visit. |

We had a great time staying in a nice apartment in a well maintained apartment block. The location is ideal as although the apartment is in a quiet area you are only a few minutes walk from the shops, bars and restaurants and is a short taxi journey from the airport. The apartment was well furnished with good facilities and Elaine was great to deal with from when we made the booking until our stay was over. We would be more than happy to stay here again and would certainly recommend it to others. |
