Villa Vita Nova is a lovely villa in a secluded residential cul-de-sac. It is situated in the heart of Benalmadena Costa, just minutes walk from the sandy beaches and the bustling yacht marina.
All the amenities are just minutes walk away - shops, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket, and tourist attractions.
Outside there are various patio areas that are either sunny or shady depending on which you prefer. There is a roof top terrace for the real sun-worshippers! The BBQ area is beside the pool, so you can cool off while someone cooks up a BBQ! Or maybe you can challenge someone to a game of pool at the pool table or even an energetic game of table tennis – looser has to cook!
The pool is solar heated.

The rooms in the villa are large, bright and spacious. There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The villa will sleep 9. The main bedroom has a king size bed and en suite bathroom. There are three other bedrooms, all twins, one with its own terrace. There is a Jacuzzi in the main bathroom. The lounge is 24’ x 15’ and opens on to a semi-circular terrace. It has a Chesterfield leather suite plus sofa bed. There is a separate dining room. Satellite TV is provided and you will also find a DVD player and HiFi. Portable air-con is provided in the summer.
The kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, hob, oven, etc..
KIDDY SAFETY - Some of the things you'll find at the villa to make your holiday more comfortable are cots, high chair, bed guard, baby bath, infant potty, door stoppers, socket protectors, etc. The front terrace overlooking the pool as a gate if you want to stop kiddies wandering to the pool. For your kids enjoyment - safety darts, games, DVDs, books, blackboard and easel.

The Costa del Sol region
Benalmadena Costa is a great place to have your holiday. There is something for everyone! It is diverse, has excellent amenities but is still very Andalucian!
The area is suitable for all age groups, families, friends and golfers.
Within easy walking distance of the villa is the marina at Benalmadena Costa, which is fantastic. It has a wide range of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, shops - you can get a boat ride, a mini train, go fishing, visit the Sea Life Centre, or, just watch the world go by!
The local beaches are sandy and lovely for all the family. You can hire sunbeds and umbrellas, pedelos, etc....
Supermarkets, shops and a chemist are all within a short walk from the villa.
Also within easy distance from the villa you will be able to visit - the Aqua Park, Cable Car, Falconary, Crocodile Park, Tivoli World Amusement Park, Selwo Marine Centre. All great places to spend a day - not only for those with children!
Local towns that are well worth a visit include Benalmadena Pueblo, Mijas, Ronda - all are veyr typical Andalucian towns and further afield you can visit the Alambra Palace in Granada or Gibraltar, both about 1.5hrs drive away. You can even ski in winter!
The Benalmadena / Benalmadena Costa area
Entertainment for the family ranges from historic sites such as Granada and Rhonda or the local activities such as the Aquapark, Marine Centre and Tivoli World Amusement Park. At the Marina there are dolphin trips and a Sea Life Centre. Local markets are interesting and there is a cable car to take you into the mountains. Shops, restaurants, bars and beach are all within easy walking distance.
Within a very close distance is the wide range of golf clubs on the Costa and we can help with your arrangements if you like. There are excellent courses within easy driving distance - if you are a party of all golfers or family coming along too, this is a good place to be! There is plenty to amuse the family while the golfers are away, and good places to eat in the evening are within easy walking distance.
