This fabulous, spacious villa is just a few minutes walk from sandy beaches and the bustling yacht marina of Benalmadena. Situated in a quiet residential cul-de-sac, yet close to shops, restaurants, bars and many attractions.
The villa is fully equipped to a high standard and has many special features. There is a private heated pool, games room with pool table, Jacuzzi, secluded roof top solarium, BBQ, large comfortable living areas, and patios and terraces with either sun or shade. Portable air-con is provided in the summer.
The villa is in a perfect location to enjoy the beach and bustling yacht marina, and yet secluded enough for peace and quiet when wanted. The road is purely residential and on a level walk to shops, a pharmacy, restaurants and bars. The gardens around the pool have plenty space for sun loungers and the courtyard is the perfect place to barbecue your evening meal or enjoy a game of table tennis!

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
Benalmadena Costa is a great place to have your holiday. There is something for everyone ! It is diverse, has excellent amenities but is still very Andalucian!
The area is suitable for all age groups, families, friends and golfers.
Within easy walking distance of the villa is the marina at Benalmadena Costa, which is fantastic. It has a wide range of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, shops - you can get a boat ride, a mini train, go fishing, visit the Sea Life Centre, or, just watch the world go by!
The local beaches are sandy and lovely for all the family. You can hire sunbeds and umbrellas, pedelos, etc....
Supermarkets, shops and a chemist are all within a short walk from the villa.
Also within easy distance from the villa you will be able to visit - the Aqua Park, Cable Car, Falconary, Crocodile Park, Tivoli World Amusement Park, Selwo Marine Centre. All great places to spend a day - not only for those with children!
Local towns that are well worth a visit include Benalmadena Pueblo, Mijas, Ronda - all are veyr typical Andalucian towns and further afield you can visit the Alambra Palace in Granada or Gibraltar, both about 1.5hrs drive away. You can even ski in winter!
Benalmadena / Benalmadena Costa area
Entertainment for the family ranges from historic sites such as Granada and Rhonda or the local activities such as the Aquapark, Marine Centre and Tivoli World Amusement Park. At the Marina there are dolphin trips and a Sea Life Centre. Local markets are interesting and there is a cable car to take you into the mountains. Shops, restaurants, bars and beach are all within easy walking distance.
Within a very close distance is the wide range of golf clubs on the Costa and we can help with your arrangements if you like. There are excellent courses within easy driving distance - if you are a party of all golfers or family coming along too, this is a good place to be! There is plenty to amuse the family while the golfers are away, and good places to eat in the evening are within easy walking distance.
How to get there
Nearest airport is Malaga. There are regular and low cost flights from UK airports and European cities. Journey from the airport is about 15 minutes by car. Airport transfers can be arranged if required - please ask for a quotation. Car rentals can be arranged via our website.

Further details indoors: The rooms are light and spacious. There are five bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master suite bathroom has a large Jacuzzi and a secluded roof top solarium leading from the bedroom. The other bedrooms provide a choice of sleeping arrangements, either twins, sofa beds, double or bunk beds.
The games room has a selection of games and, most popular, a pool table. An enjoyable way to pass the evenings with family and friends! Or, you can watch Satellite TV, a DVD or listen to the hi-fi in the lounge, which is 45sqm and has French doors opening to a 40ft terrace overlooking the Roman style swimming pool.
The kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, hob, oven, etc..
Further details outdoors: On the BBQ terrace there is a large covered dining area. Also a dart board and table tennis. The pool is large enough to really swim and can be heated if requested.
