Inside the apartment is nicely furnished with everything that you need and has a great south facing terrace for having a meal or drink on. In minutes you have the choice of endless restaurants and bars from the famous fish area of 'La Carihuela' to the stunning yachting marina. No car is needed and local transport is close at hand.
The area offers plenty to do with water parks, sealife centres, golfing as well as plenty of water sports on the local beaches which all offer sunbeds and umbrellas.

The apartment is set in semi tropical gardens with a large shared pool (approx 45 feet x 25 feet) which you'll generally have to yourself and there are benches and umbrellas for shade.
Conditions
25% is payable upon booking via bank transfer. The balance is due upon arrival and handing over of the keys. A deposit of 100 euros is payable against breakages and will be returned on day of departure.
The Costa del Sol region
The coastal resort of Benalmadena is amongst the most popular on the Costa del Sol, offering every amenity and facility available and a fantastic Mediterranean climate offering good weather all year round.
Within easy reach, approximately 10mins, from Malaga Airport Benalmadena consists of three main areas. Benalmadena Pueblo (village), Arroyo de la Miel and Benalmadena Costa.
From this base it is easy to travel all over Andalucia from Malaga to Granada and from Seville to Granada. The trains and buses are all within easy walking distance of the apartment.
The Benalmadena / Benalmadena Marina area
Benalmadena offers someting for everyone from those looking for winter sun and a walk along the beach to the bars and clubs of the Marina. The children as also well catered for with parks, amusement parks, water parks, sealife centres not to mention the beaches offering banana boats and pedal boats.
