About the home

Los Cisnes studio is in a great location close to many bars & restaurants, the marina, the park, and other local attractions. It has everything you need for an ideal holiday. Better suited to 2 people but will sleep 4.

It overlooks the pool and garden which are open all year round and has a sea view. There is a double bed and a sofa bed. I have another studio available in this block for family and friends wishing to holiday together but enjoying their own space.

Airport transfers can be arranged with an English speaking driver.

Bed linen and 1 bath and 1 hand towel provided per week for each guest. Beach towels are not provided.

Conditions

A £100 per week non-refundable deposit is required along with a signed booking form detailing party members and accepting terms and conditions. The balance is due 8 weeks before arrival.

Apartments must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure and are available from 4pm on the day of arrival. If there are no guests arriving or departing on the same day this is flexible.

The Costa del Sol region

The Costa Del Sol is pretty much an all year round weather resort with more than 300 days of sunshine per year. There are plenty places of interest to visit or you can just relax and unwind. Malaga, Seville, Granada, Cordoba or the Sierra Nevada mountains in the winter for skiing are all within easy travelling distances by car or train. The famous Rock of Gibraltar is only an hours drive away.

The Benalmadena / Benalmadena Costa area

Benalmadena is split into three areas being Benalmadena Pueblo the old Spanish style village, Arroyo De La Miel the busy town area where you will find the train station and Benalmadena Costa, the beach area.

Benalmadena Pueblo has a quiet pace of life with white washed Spanish houses and a lovely square which is an ideal place to stop and have lunch. The church is worth a visit and outside has stunning views down to the coast. The local bull ring is here too.

Arroyo De la Miel is a much busier area with shops and restaurants. Tivoli World Amusement Park is in Arroyo and this is where they hold the local Friday market. The cable car runs from here and at the top you will be rewarded with a falconry display.

Benalmadena Costa is the coastal area where you will find the world famous Puerto Marina.

The people who visit Benalmadena return year after year as the area has so much to offer.

Malaga airport is only a 20 minute drive from Benalmadena. Airport transfers can be arranged to take you directly to the apartment you have booked but if you prefer to use public transport taxis are available right outside the airport. The train station is just across the road which would take you into Arroyo De La Miel.

There are a number of airlines that fly into Malaga. Easyjet, Thomsonfly, BMIBaby, Flybe, Monarch & British Airways are just a few where great deals can be found when looking for flights. With budget airlines the earlier you book the better and a if you register with each of the companies they will send you details of special offers as soon as they become available.

“Everything went very good, we enjoyed our stay!” We rented this studio for 9 days in August and were really satisfied with our stay. It was very simple to book it, agent wrote back to emails immediately and answered all questioned properly, so no problems with booking and payment occured. The studio itself is not big, but cosy, view is nice and just couple of minutes to the sea. The rent was not expensive so we definitely got more than we expected! We really enjoyed our stay!

“Excellent studio apartment.” Very well equipped studio. Clean and well set up. Lovely garden and pool area. Entrance is a bit off putting but once inside complex everything very nice. Not far from bars/ restaurants on the front. Bar 27 good food,long wait but worth it. Restaurant Ole great tapas and wine for 20 euros per couple. El Cordero up in Bonanza Square one of our old favourites. Set menu 11 euros each but try something else of his menu plus a bottle of rioca which is well worth it. Loads of Bars close by offering different standards of service but shop round for a good one. Supermarket next to studio is quite expensive but there is a supersol about 10 mins to the left on main road or a Mas up in Bonanza Square. Overall a very enjoyable stay in a nice studio in a not too bad position. Ann looked after us very well and provided a nice welcome pack on arrival.

Guestbook for Los Cisnes 2 Studio

The Los Cisnes 2 studio apartment is lovely, clean, light and airy. It was nice to spend time relaxing and drinking a nice cool glass of wine overlooking the lovely gardens and pool.
The apartment was secure which made us feel very confident and comfortable and the studio location is great for access to the beach and fish restaurants too. For those who like a short walk (not a hike) Paloma Park is a great place to visit. Benalmadena is a lovely place with good restaurants and bars to suit all ages and pockets.
