About the home

The apartment accommodates up to 4 people and is fully air-conditioned and consists of master bedroom with en-suite, twin bedroom, separate shower room with washbasin and wc, fully equipped fitted kitchen including oven, hob, large fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Lounge/diner fully furnished including two sofas, Free Sat TV, DVD player and dining table and chairs.
The apartment has a centralised heating and air conditioning system throughout.
Large sun terrace with patio table, chairs and parasol.

The apartment benefits from two communal pools and sun bathing areas.

Buses run from the complex to all the local amenities

The Costa del Sol region

Benalmadena is located on the Costa Del Sol between the mountains and the sea. The summer heat is perfect for those sun soaked holidays, whilst the warm temperatures for the rest of the year are ideal for golfers and sightseer's alike (over 300 days sunshine per year). A par 3 course on the complex due to open 2010 with a municipal course just up the road. The championship golf club Torrequebrada is just 1.5km away.
Benalmadena is also central for exploring the history of the Costa with visits to the Rhonda, Cordoba, Seville and Granada whilst Gibralta or evan North Africa is another alternative.

The Benalmadena / Benalmadena Pueblo area

The apartment is about 3km from the beaches of Benalmadena Costa and only a few minutes drive to Benalmadena Pueblo & Arroyo de la Miel. Pueblo is a charming little village of narrow, twisting streets and white washed houses with lots of little tavernas and restaurants whilst in Arroyo you can mix with the locals and experience life in a working spanish town. Here you can also visit Tivoli World theme park and take a cable car trip to the top of the mountains. At Benalmadena Costa there are lovely beaches and an attractive seafront promenade with a string of restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops with facilities to water ski, jet ski, wind surf and sail.

The local bus service stops in the complex and can take you to the beach, the Pueblo or Arroyo. In the centre of Benalmadena buses to Fuengirola, Torremolinos can be found.

Cheap budget flights available from most UK airports directly into Malaga airport. Our apartment is just a 15 minute drive away, Taxis are available from about 20-30 euros.

Car hire from the airport terminal is available through many major car hire companies. e.g. www.carjet.co.uk

Alternatively a train from the airport will take you to Arroyo de la Miel where a taxi or bus can take you to our apartment. (approx. 2km).
