About the home

Built only 3 Years ago on a private development , this 4 bedroom , 4 bathroom , villa is finished to the highest of standards and luxuriously furnished throughout, a stay here will be nothing less than outstanding! On entering the villa the stairs lead down to a spacious and bright lounge and dining area. The lounge has a 12 seater corner unit to relax and watch some television or watch a DVD. Adjacent to the lounge is the dining area where eight people can comfortably sit and enjoy your meal. The state of the art kitchen ensures that everything you require to rustle up that meal can be found.

The bright and airy lounge is made possible by the large patio windows that lead onto the fabulous outside terrace with magnificent views out to sea. Relax on the terrace furniture sipping a nice cool drink, and dine outside on those balmy summer nights, the outside 8 seater table will easily accommodate your needs. Downstair floor leads out onto the impressively sized pool terrace area and private swimming pool. The resort has a large communal pool just 300m from the villa. Table tennis available for guests to use.

The Villa is managed locally in Spain , by SPM rentals , who will meet you at the villa and provide Keys as well as explaining the facilities of the house.

Terrace Area includes a 3 piece settee and 2 chairs for relaxing in the sun. Barbecue is provided.

Basement floor leads out onto the impressively sized pool terrace area. The plunge pool is perfect to jump into when the sun is just getting too hot! There are 8 sunbeds provided. Table tennis available.

Should you wish to have a more vigorating swim the resort has a communal pool which is just minutes from the villa. This pool is set in beautiful landscaped gardens and too has wonderful views to the sea.

The beaches of Torremuelle are perfect for family holidays, with good fish restaurants and beach bars available along the coast. Benalmadena Pueblo is a traditional , unspoilt , white walled spanish village , which hosts numerous bars and restaurants , plus the bakery and supermarket.
All within 15 minutes drive of Malaga Airport.

Markets – Each town has a good market for clothes, jewellery, sunglasses, pottery, fresh fruit etc. They usually start at 9.00 a.m. until about 2.00 p.m.

day, 350 animals, birds and amphibians as well as crocodiles .

children 11.90 euro.

Selwo Adventura – 902 190 482 – between San Pedro & Estepona. Open every
day from 10.00 am. Safari Park with truck tours. Adults 22.50
euro, children 15.50 euro.

Plaza Mayor – Yelmo Cineplex – 902 902 103 – some English films. Also 10 pin
bowling, Nike Factory outlet, shops and many café/restaurants. Go
by train direct from Torremuelle to Plaza Mayor stations.

Miramar Cinesur – Fuengirola – 952 198 600 – some English films plus many
fashion shops – Zara, Wallis, etc plus cafes and Euroski hypermarket.

Parque Aquatico Mijas – 952 460 404 – Fuengirola, Large water park – same exit KM 209 from coast road(N340) as Dunnes shop.

Malaga Airport is 15 minute drive from the Villa. It is served by all the budget Airlines.
Alternatively , you can fly to Grenada Airport , which is often cheaper than Malaga , but the drive is approx. 2 hours to the villa.
