The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
The Malaga area is known as the capital of the Costa del Sol and of course the door to the Costa del Golf with more golf courses than anywhere in Spain. The region has other tourist attractions alongside golf. As well as the beach and sun people often choose the countryside to spend a few relaxing days. There are monuments, museums, nature reserves and leisure areas. Benalmadena also has many hotels, bars and restaurants plus the Torrequebrada Casino and 'Fortuna' nightclub - part of one of the most luxurious holiday centres in Europe.
Benalmadena / Torregolf Complex area
TorreGolf complex is located in the exclusive area of Torrequebrada golf course estate just 5 minutes drive from the old pueblo village of Benalmadena with its cobbled streets. white painted houses, bars, restaurants and places of interest. In the pueblo is a crafts centre where local artists produce their own original work. This is in the Plaza de Espana with its famous fountain and restaurants shaded by orange trees - dont forget the camera! The nearest beach is only a few minutes drive away and has two beach bars with waiter service. Mijas village is about 15 mins. drive and is world famous as the traditional white Andalusian village with donkey rides for all. The town of Fuengirola is only a few minutes drive as is Benalmadena Costa with its award winning marina, with sea trips, live shows, and lots of shops and restaurants. The Penthouse is only 15 minutes from Malaga airport and the Torrequebrada estate is a very private and sought after location in the Costa del Sol.
How to get there
Fly to Malaga via the many cheap flight airport locations across the UK and it is then a 15 mins taxi journey to the property. (costing approx £20 for a taxi one way)

Further details outdoors: The Penthouse is located in a very exclusive and quiet part of Benalmadena. The beach is close by (15 minutes walk), but also the bustling night life of Benalmadena Costa, Fuengirola and Marbella. Please note that the pool is only open from May through to September months.
Conditions
Changeover is Sunday to Sunday unless arranged differently. All school half terms will be charged at £950 per week. A deposit of £200 per week booked is required to secure the booking. The complete rental amount has to be paid at least 60 days before arrival. A refundable damage deposit of £100 is also required and will be repaid once the property has been inspected. The prices include all bed linen and towels (except for beach towels) and starter items such as tea towels, tea bags, toilet rolls and soaps etc. We offer local English speaking support for 24-hour emergency assistance, ensuring that your holiday runs smoothly. Cleaning of the penthouse at the end of the rental period is not included in the rental price and will be charged at a nominal fee of £35 per week - only the kitchen has to be left tidy, rubbish put out and the dishes stowed away.
