The apartment is spacious, light & airy throughout, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one en-suite),a fully fitted modern kitchen,a through lounge & a large private sun terrace overlooking the swimming pool. It is exceptionally tastefully furnished & provides two dining areas,allowing for dining both inside & out. It also benefits from air conditioning, English TV & is equipped with all mod cons to ensure that your stay is as relaxing & pleasurable as possible.
Perfectly located to suit all tastes & age groups, with a childrens park area & a golf clubhouse serving meals & drinks & providing free WIFI access just across the road. Many local attractions in the local area e.g. Tivoli World, Waterpark, Cablecar, Marina, Paloma Park etc. but far enough away to ensure a peaceful holiday for those who prefer quiet relaxation after a hard days sightseeing, shopping, sports e.g. on-site golf & tennis, watersports, or just lazing by the pool!
The apartment is only 20 mins from Malaga airport & is also ideally situated for exploring further afield with local rail links, organised excursions & motorway access close by. We also provide a book of all the local information, useful phone numbers & tourist information maps, containing detailed information on all areas of Benalmadena Costa & Benalmdena Pueblo regarding recommended restaurants, bars, market days, tourist attractions etc. Since we live locally, we are able to provide lots of useful personal hints & tips on how to make the most of your holiday from day one.
You can also opt for airport transfers & even a private chauffeur driven tour of the area by an English speaking representative with over 20 years experience of living in & exploring the local area.
We can also provide cots, high chairs, hairdryers & food packs on arrival.

The penthouse has a fully equipped kitchen catering for 6 people and all mod cons which makes dining in the comfort and convenience of the apartment a pleasure rather than a chore. All rooms have air conditioning to ensure you get a good nights sleep whatever the outside temperature & adjustable blackout persianas to allow light level adjustment & enable afternoon siestas or extended lie ins. Both the bathrooms & the bedrooms provide ample suitable lighting & mirrors & all bedrooms have sufficient hanging & storage space. A book of all local attractions & places to visit is also provided in the apartment.
Further details outdoors:
The large sun terrace provides plenty of space to relax, sunbathe and dine in comfort. There is a large swimming pool and gardens with convenient showers and toilet facilities and ample sun and shade for relaxing and sunbathing. As you leave the apartment there is a local bus stop within 25 yards which gives access to all of the local amenities & attractions. There is an on site licensed cafe/bar which serves food and drink and two on-site medical centres (one public and one private) so you have adequate local medical assistance should you need it. There are many and varied daytime attractions and evening nightlife in the local Benalmadena area and there is a train station in Arroyo de la Miel, should you wish to explore further afield.
There are also two golf courses in the area for keen golfers of all standards and many other golf courses easily accessible by car or by private hire taxi or chauffeur companies.

Travel cots, high chairs & hairdryers can be provided on request. We can also provide welcome food packs in the apartment for arrivals in the evening, or on a Sunday or a local bank holiday, when the shops are closed. One set of bedding & towels is provided for each occupant, with the exception of towels to be used outside of the apartment e.g. at the pool or the beach. Although this is a non smoking apartment, smoking is permitted exclusively on the outside balcony. Pets may be allowed - please enquire. Pool opening times are at the discretion of the residential community. Air conditioning/heating usage is payable locally via a one euro coin meter. There are also fans provided.
Conditions
A non-refundable deposit of 30% (minimum £100) is payable on confirmation of the booking.
The balance of 70% is payable 2 months prior to arrival.
For bookings confirmed within 2 months of the arrival date, the full amount is payable at the time of confirmation.
A refundable damage & breakage deposit of £150 is payable at the time the balance is paid (this may be higher for larger parties).This will be refunded within 1 week following your stay following the return of all keys & a satisfactory property inspection.
All payments are by traceable bank transfer.
Arrivals at the apartment after 7pm at night will be subject to a £20 / 25 Euro charge for late check-in. Early check in on your day of arrival &/or late check out on your day of departure, can be arranged by prior agreement & are subject to a similar charge, depending on the time you wish to arrive/vacate the apartment.

The Costa del Sol translates to coast of sunshine and the all year round summer temperatures attract many thousands of visitors to the coast each year in search of sun, sea and sangria!
From November to March there is also the opportunity to combine your sunbathing with a trip to the mountain-top village of Sierra Nevada, where the ski resort atmosphere gives a totally different dimension to your winter break and the snow covered mountain scenery is spectacular. Sip hot wine, have a brandy and coffee, dine overlooking the vast mountain backdrops, have snowball fights in the sunshine, or shop for winter outfits to keep out the cold for when you return home! Skiiers take your ski's, non-skiers...go on give it a try!
This region of Spain also boasts many varied and contrasting Spanish towns and cities, from Seville and Granada, to Ronda, Nerja and Puerto Banus, all having unique sightseeing opportunities.
Gibraltar is also about 1 hour away and is renowned for it's money saving duty free shopping and the famous barbary ape colony high up the rockface. Close to Gibraltar, there is also easy access to North Africa, via Ceuta or Tangiers, should you wish to experience a different continent in the same trip, including Camel rides, Snake Charming, Bazaar shopping and the inevitable bargaining that goes with each purchase!
In short there is a whole world of different experiences within easy reach. Should you wish to know more about any of these areas of interest, we live locally and are able to provide more detailed information on all there is to see and do in each area.
The Benalmadena / Nueva Torrequebrada area
The local area boasts a wide variety of amenities including:

-Benalmadena marina (voted the best marina in Europe)
-Parks and theme parks e.g. waterparks, zoo, sea-life centres, safari park, cable-car with falconry display etc.

-Whitewashed Spanish villages
-Boat trips including evening dining and daytime dolphin trips.
-Beaches, coves, watersports, including diving and other sports e.g. golf, tennis, ice skating, horse/donkey rides, crazy golf, horse racing, walking/hiking, paragliding, fishing etc.
Also, with prices generally lower than the UK, you are able to indulge in plenty of luxuries and activities that would be more difficult to afford at home which makes the holiday a special pleasure.

The apartment is only 15 minutes by car from Malaga airport and so you can start enjoying your holiday as soon as you arrive!
Cheap flights to Malaga are available all year round from Monarch,Jet2,Easyjet,Bmibaby,British Airways,Flybe,Ryanair & many other airlines. (Arrival & departure days are flexible so that you can book flights according to when they are competitively priced).
Return chauffeured transfers to and from the apartment are also available on request. You can be met in the arrivals hall and driven directly to your holiday apartment all together, even for larger groups. You will also be collected at your apartment and taken directly to the airport in good time for your flight departure on your last day.
Regarding public transport, taxis are available from the airport & there is also a train link which will take you to within a 5 minute taxi ride of the apartment.
Should you wish to travel further afield during your holiday, we can also assist you in seeking a hire car with the most competitively priced and reliable local hire car companies. Ample parking is available near the apartment for those who wish to hire a car.

Excellent apartment with everything you need for a really chilled time. Went for a girly weekend to celebrate a 40th birthday and we were not disappointed. Apartment was spotless everything was as it appeared in the photos. None of us really wanted to come home. We were so relaxed we didn't even go to the pool we just chilled on the terrace. A fab holiday enjoyed by all. The bottle of bubbly was a lovely touch for our birthday girl. Would have no hesitation in rebooking as we enjoyed it so much. |

We're a family of 4 (kids 15 & 13) and we all loved our time here. I can honestly say it's the first time all of us wanted to stay a little longer because we weren't ready to go home (after 2 weeks!!!). Apartment amazing and hope to go back very soon!!! |

This penthouse is beautiful, the location is perfect, great views of the mountains, the pool, golf course.The complex is very well maintained, with 2 swimming pools to choose from. Jill explained to us at the time of booking that these apartments are slightly out of town and we would need to use the local bus service or taxis to get around. well the bus service is fantastic and the taxis are prompt and reliable. there is so much to do in the area that we honestly feel 2 weeks isn't long enough ! There is a supermarket within 10 min walk although up hill i managed it most days with a trolley bag in tow ! Jill was a pleasure to deal with throughout, Confirming receipts of payments by email promptly and indeed our deposit was back in our account the day after we got home ! Over all lovely place and lovely people and amazing value for money would certainly go back ! |
