This 3 bedroom villa has 2 front doors and a centre door which can be locked to make it two villas, 1 with 1 bedroom and the other with 2 bedrooms. It has 2 kitchens, 2 lounge/diners, 2 bathrooms. There is a small private garden and pool which is for villa use only not shared with anyone. The villa is very private and secure. The 2 half's of the villa can be let separately but only low season not high season.
The villa is situated in a quiet street in the centre of Arroyo de la Miel. 5 minutes walk to the town centre with all it's restaurants, bars and shops and 10 to 15 minutes walk to the beach front. Buses, train and taxis just minutes away.

The Costa del Sol’s wonderful climate makes it perfect holiday destination all year round. With an abundance of things to see and do and plenty of golden beaches to relax on the region suits all kinds of holiday makers. Visit the many points of interests like the Alhambra Palace in Andalucia or the cathedral in Sevilla, or even try one of the many watersports. The area is also very popular with golfers with numerous courses across the Costa. Then for those who prefer a quieter holiday you can soak up the sun on the beaches and visit some of many bars and restaurants that the Costa del Sol has to offer.
The Benalmadena / Arroyo de la Miel area
This villa is in a perfect location being as it is close to the centre of Arroyo de la miel and a few minutes to the beach. The villa is very private and secure and in a peaceful residential street.
Torrequebrada Golf Course 5 minutes drive or there is a bus that leaves from the sea front. Clubs and buggies can be hired. Many other courses within an hours drive.
Skiing at the Sierra Nevada is just 1.5 to 2 hours drive away.
It's less than 10 minutes walk from the villa is Benalmadena's new Sports Centre with its Ice Rink, 2 indoor swimming pools, gym and fitness studios.
Close to the train station is Tivoli World Amusement Park with its rides, themed bars, shows and restaurants. There are two waterparks nearby, one in Torremolinos and the other in Mijas.
The Casino and the night clubs Moonlight and Salsa Fortuna are excellent and are 5 minutes away by car.

The local buses and taxi's are a few minutes walk. Local bus routes take you around town, to the port and Benalmadena Village. The train station of Arroyo de la Miel is a 10 minutes walk with the resorts of Fuengirola and Torremolinos then a 10 minute ride away. The train goes to Malaga airport in 20 minutes and Malaga city centre in another 5 minutes. Buses to Malaga, Torremolinos, Fuengirola, Marbella, Puerto Banus, Estepona can be caught on the coast road (10 to 15 minutes walk). Buses and trains are very cheap here and worth traveling on.

We chose to book this villa as we wanted to be next to family who have an apartment in the Zodiac area. Although this villa looked more basic than some of the ones we had seen, on arrival as we were greeted by Pat who had stocked the fridge with water, juice and milk, we realised it was going to be prefect for us. I was on holiday with my parents as well as my husband and 2 young children. The space the villa offers is excellent, the pool was an ideal size, although the deep end was deep!, it has a garden area, place to hang washing out and a large patio area. The fact that it was a 1 bed and 2 bed apartment means that both families had their own space when needed. The wall around the villa offers privacy and security, all the windows and doors had tasteful bars on which gave peace of mine especially when travelling with children. The resort of Benalmadena is very extensive and to see it all you would have to walk, this villa is in a quiet area but very close to the supermarket, selection of bars, shops and restaurants and the beach, park, harbour, train station and Tivoli world are all within 10-15mins walk. My parents took advantage of the bus stop right by the villa to visit local towns including Mijas. The only thing that I would have liked was a fence around the pool area for added safety as my children are young, but I don't think I would get that with any villas in spain. I have already recommended this villa to friends and would definately look to stay here again if we go back to Benalmadena. The villa can be let in 2 separate halves. 1 half being a 2 bedroom villa and the other half being a 1 bedroom villa. These are advertised on this website separately under reference numbers D--- and D--- respectively.
A deposit of 25% of the total costs of the holiday is required with the full balance due 8 weeks before departure. A damage deposit of £100 is required which will be refunded upon return of the keys and confirmation of no damage's or breakage's.
