Pueblo Quinta is a stylish penthouse apartment just 15 minutes from Malaga airport, the complex is private and secure with a quiet communal pool. It is a one minute walk to the beach or why not take a walk to Paloma Park, 200k sqm of beautiful gardens with a central lake, where you can stop and have a coffee or a drink and watch the world go by. Benalmadena marina is a short walk along the beautiful promenade, famous for its speciality seafood restaurants. The marina is surrounded by a host of cafes, bars and restaurants that overlook the yachts and boats moored in the harbour. All amenities are close at hand making this property in the ideal location.

The property includes the clock tower the main feature of the complex. One of the bedrooms is in the clock tower a separate sitting room giving a quiet private sleeping accommodation with a double sofa bed. the room has beautiful views from both sides.
The property has a conservatory which is perfect for enjoying the Spanish winter sun.

Selwo the marine wildlife park is within walking distance ,a fabulous day out with dolpin and sealion shows daily. At Tivoli World you can enjoy many rides and amusements surrounded by beautiful gardens or take the Teleferico cable car up 800m above sea level for the best views of the costa del sol. Other places to visit are Granada (The Alhambra Palace), Gibraltar for discount shopping, Mijas etc. Whatever your age or interest this beautiful coast provides everything from leisure and sporting activities to peace and relaxation.
