The villa was constructed in 2005 to a high standard the entire plot is surrounded by a 2m high wall with an electric gated entrance. The first floor terrace (44 sq metres) has spectacular panoramic views over the mountains and sea.
The main entrance leads into an open plan ground floor with kitchen, utility, Guests wc, large dining room and two lounge areas the main lounge being sunken, there are sliding patio doors and French windows leading onto a large patio area (150 sq metres) with parasol table and chairs. Two double ensuite bedrooms are also on the ground floor. The first floor is also open plan and the lounge looks over the galleried dining room, off it are two double bedrooms and a shared bathroom, The whole of the property is air conditioned and 24 hour security alarmed.

The villa is accessed via an electric gate and has ample parking for 4 cars the swimming pool is 12x5m and has steps at each end, the rear patio is 150m2 and has table and chairs and parasol, there is a terrace on the first floor with table and chairs and Awning, an outhouse contains sun beds etc
Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of the booking conditions.
A deposit of 25% is required to secure the dates required (this is non refundable).
Balance of payment is due 8 weeks before the start of the holiday
Security deposit (breakages) to be paid 1 week before the start of the holiday £250 this will be refunded after satisfactory inspection of property no later than 14 days after your return
The Costa del Sol region
The costa del sol is renowned for its all year round sun and boasts 300 + days of sunshine
Although there is a good bus and train service, there is so much to do in the area that a car is highly recommended. There is so much to explore with Mijas, Antequera and Ronda. These are all typical white towns of Spain with historical ruins. Nerja is about 1 hr away and is famous for its caves, not to mention Granada for its wonderful Alhambra. Sevilla and Cordoba are couple of hours away. Benalmadena has a municipal council that promotes all the Festivities with Carnivals and processions. Easter, Holy Week, the Passion of Christ and Corpus Christi which is traditional throughout Spain especially in the South of Spain. Even St. Patricks Day is celebrated in Arroyo de la Miel with the town Plaza taken over for the Irish celebrations.
Malaga festival is the beginning of August, and Benalmadena is about the 2nd week of August. Towns and villages generally take turns to have a Fiesta, so when one town has finished festivities you can be assured a nearby one has just started.
Christmas is especially celebrated.
