This apartment was built and furnished in 2006 on Phase II of the Arenal Golf gated community complex.
This is a ground floor apartment that has been finished, furnished and is maintained to a high standard. The property is light and airy in feel with a full climate control system and marble floors throughout. The local community club house (Bil Bil) is conveniently located in the Phase II grounds and is the central hub for all residents and tenants. This facility has a bar , cafe , restaurant and a gym and is also where the tennis and golf is booked from.
