Comfortable and bright 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of Golf Torrequebrada. This topfloor apartment is situated in lush gardens surrounding the famous Torrequebrada Golf Course, one of the Costa's classic golfparks, successfully operating for over a quarter of a century. Frontal panoramic south views first line Golf Torrequebrada with Tee 13 just in front, mountainviews to Benalmádena village, sunshine all day.

The gardens and grounds (3000 m2) surrounding the apartments are ample and the relation of square meters built and square meters of gardens is very favourable, much more so than in many other developments. There is a large communal swimming pool.

Apartment-complex Las Acacias at Finca Doña Maria (78 apartments in total) built in 2000/2001 by Aenor-certified builders Ploder SA of Madrid, has fully insulated, double glazing in green lacquered aluminium framing, villa-roofs with roof-tiles, 3000 m2 of tropical gardens with large swimming pool of 17 x 7 meters, enclosed complex with private road, caretaker available by day, security-camera guarded at night, protected with rejas- (steel bars) entrance doors to main halls, main entrance door of the apartment protected with a built-in steel plate and triple locks in steel bar.

The apartment has electric sunblinds on living-room windows, manual sunblinds on bedroom-windows, sun-awnings over terraces, marble floors throughout, fully fitted kitchen with all appliances, airconditioning/heating system, fully furnished (modern furniture including terraces) and ready to move in. LED TV and community satellite connections and additional private satellite dish fitted (Spanish, Dutch, German and English spoken channels).

The elevator and staircase offer direct connection and easy access between the apartment and the garden with swimming-pool.

Benalmádena-Costa is situated at the Spanish South coast in the province Málaga of the autonomic region Andalucía. Roughly in between Málaga city and Marbella and only a 15 minutes drive from Málaga airport. The lively harbour Puerto Marina of Benalmádena Costa with plenty of bars and restaurants is only 10 minutes drive away from the apartment.

Andalucía has a mild subtropical climate with 320 sunny days per year. Temperatures vary between 19°C in the wintermonths up to 35°C in summer. Especially Benalmádena has stable weather thanks to it´s position between the sea and the Mountains of Mijas.

The Mediterranean Sea is at your doorstep for unlimited watersports, but also the Sierra Nevada, an excellent skiing resort counting 103km of slopes and 22 skilifts (Dec-Apr), is only a 1½ hour drive. How about skiing during the day and finish with a barbecue on the beach? The wintermonths plus springtime and autumn are excellent for playing golf. You can choose from 20 outstanding golfcourses within a radius of 30 kilometer from the apartment and that is why this part of Spain is also known as Costa del Golf.

In July and August the temperatures can climb pretty high and then the wide sandy beaches with cosy chiringuitos (beachrestaurants) offer cool shelter.

It forms part of the living area and is accessible through double glass doors from the 2 bedrooms and the livingroom. Floors in ivory polished marble throughout and modern Spanish furniture. Bathroom and kitchen tiles in white with colourband.

There is a large waterheater providing ample hot water. Comfortably sleeps 4 but big enough to host 5 guests thanks to extra bed in the master bedroom.
