The apartment is situated on a secure complex in the tranquil area of Benalmadena Pueblo. The complex is only 15 minutes from Malaga airport and can be easily reached by car, taxi, or train from Malaga station.
The apartment is ideally situated with easy access to the pool. Being south orientated, our large terrace gets sunshine all day long which is ideal for sunbathing and enjoying evening drinks on the terrace. Sun loungers, chairs and outside dining provided. There is also a shaded terrace for when the sun is particularly hot.

Each bedroom has fitted wardrobes and drawer space. There are security shutters to secure your belongings when you leave the apartment. The shutters can also be closed to keep the apartment cool during the day along with air-conditioning to make you comfortable during the night. There is a main family bathroom with a bath and shower as well as a separate shower room with glass shower enclosure.

Table and chairs are provided on the terrance to allow dining outside, plus sunloungers for relaxation.
Along with our private terrace which enjoys all day sunshine there is a large shared terrace at the top of the complex which is also south orientated and therefore gets sunshine all day. From here there are panoramic views of the Mediterranean, the mountains and part of Torrequebrada golf course.
The complex offers a shared swimming pool plus a smaller one for children along with maintained gardens, shaded walkways/terraces and lookout points.
Our agent is based on site to make your stay as stress free as possible She will meet you on arrival, settle you in and answer any queries. Additional cleaning and laundry is available on request.
A welcome shopping can be arranged , this is particularly helpful if arriving late at night or Sundays.

The Andalucia region
The Costa del Sol has 300km of coastline and boasts an excellent climate all year round, with hot summers and warm winters this area is an ideal place to visit whatever the time of year (average temperatures at 30C in the summer to 18C in the winter).
The busy International airport at Malaga takes numerous flights every day from various UK airports making travelling to the area very convenient. A lot of the low cost airlines now fly to Malaga meaning that this popular
coast is only 2 - 3 hours away from most UK airports.
The area is steeped in magnificent art and architecture and the region is renowned for its excellent golfing facilities.
The infrastructure is excellent with the main costal road N-340 linking Malaga right down to Gibraltar, to the east of Malaga the N-340 will take you to Nerja or use the autoroute AP-7.
In the winter months, the Sierra Navada mountains offer great skiing for beginners through to advanced and are just over 2 hours drive away.
The efficient road network allows easy access to the traditional historical cities of Seveille, Granada and Cordoba which are all about 2 hours drive.
Benalmadena Pueblo remains a typical Andaluz village with quaint narrow streets and lots of Spanish charm. There are a number of shops, restaurants, bars and local amenities (including supermarkets, banks, pharmacy and the town hall).
Although the area offers peace and tranquillity, the hustle and bustle on the coast is close to hand with plenty of restaurants, bars and night life - this is the perfect place to take your holiday.
The fantastic Tivoli World theme park is only a few minutes away from the apartment & there is a cable car where at the top you can see the whole of Benalmadena.
There are 2 golf courses close to hand, one at Torrequebrada and there is a new course built in the Pueblo. Just a short drive away is the famous golf course at La Cala de Mijas. The golf shop in the village can arrange packages and has special offers.
Benalmadena is perfectly situated between the busy towns of Torremolinos and Fuengirola, both of which are only10 minutes drive away. The gorgeous marina has plenty to do to occupy all the family.
The Aqua Park in Mijas Costa is only a short drive away via the N-340 road, where the whole family can spend the day and enjoy the water rides. There are all kinds of water sports available at Benalmadena Costa, including scuba diving, para-sailing and boat hire.
The popular towns of Mijas, Marbella and Puerto Banus are all within 30 minutes of the apartment so exploring further a field couldn't be easier. There are also day trips available to Gibraltar.
The Pueblo is also now on the route for the tourist bus and 'train' , the tourist route will take you to and from Benalmadena Costa to the Pueblo with various interesting stops in between.

"Nice apartment, close to the swimming pool"
I booked this apartment for my in-laws to stay in whilst we were all on holiday in Benalmadena Pueblo. The lady who looks after the apartment and welcomes you with the keys is nice and was flexible in terms of times etc which was good. There was a problem with the pool being shut due to a disabled access problem but it was open whilst we were there but the work is to be completed at a later date so the pool may be shut again at some point. The apartment is clean and comfortable although they found the beds to be quite small. The bedding was meant to be changed half way through the holiday but the lady only had bedding to change one of the beds and said she'd come back the next day to change the other bed and didn't. This wasn't a huge problem for us but could have been if more people were staying there. The swimming pool area is right outside the apartment which is lovely and very accessible. The only down side about this apartment is that it is a long trek (numerous locked doors and 2 lifts) to get out of the apartment onto the path to Pueblo. There is a another entrance which is next to the pool but this leads you onto a windy, very steep hill. Out the front of the apartments to walk to the Pueblo you need to walk up some steps and across the car park (which is where the ferria is on special occasions) and you are there. I would say this apartment is good for able bodied, fit people, but those with reduced mobility kids/pushchairs etc it is hard work. However, if you were closer to the top of the apartment blocks you would have a long walk to the pool so I suppose you can never win!
Thanks for your feedback, I'm glad you enjoyed your holiday. I checked with 'our lady' on site and she genuinely forgot to come back with additional laundry and was very apologetic. As you mentioned she is always very helpful and flexible. We always give out her mobile number to guests so they can contact her at any time during the holiday for help or additional laundry etc. so hopefully any misunderstandings can be easily sorted. Perfect location,relaxing, away from the crowds but bus makes coast and Nearby towns eg Mijas accessible .
Apartment directly opposite pool. Huge terrace with sun area and shaded area for dining on balcony. Spotlessly clean with all you would need.
Lots of restaurants nearby , my favourite was El Capula, behind the church.....outdoor eating with stunning views.
We also enjoyed a walk to Tivoli where we got cable car to top of mountain. We watched a fascinating display involving Birds of Prey. Many trails crisscross over the mountain if you prefer walking and the views are great.
A great place to spend a holiday.

Great apartment - perfectly situated only 5 mins walk from the centre of benalmadena pueblo. Place was a home from home and one of the best kitted out holiday let's I've stayed in - great to have a washing machine thus avoiding a huge laundry on returning home. Loved the fact that we were right by the pool. For those who don't know the area there's even a meet and greet to take you right there.

"A lovely Holiday In a Quiet Location"
My sister and I had a lovely holiday in Los Nadales apartments in Benalmadena this year.I booked through holidaylettings.co.uk and this site was safe,secure and easy to use. I corresponded with Peter(the owner of the apartment) via email and he made everything simple and straight forward for me. I was a little apprehensive initially, as it was the first time I had booked a holiday this way, but everything was great. The apartment was spacious, clean and equipped with all the necessities. Benalmadena Pueblo is a quiet location with stunning views, nice restaurants and friendly people. The apartment was just in front of the pool and the fact that we had it to ourselves quite often ,was a bonus.If going again,the only thing I would do different, would be to hire a car, as we were quite dependent on buses and taxis to go to other places.
