About the home

A very roomy studio which has enjoyed a number of years on this site and has recently changed hands,we aim to carry the good name forward and have recently refurbished the furnishings.. 50% of our clients return each year so early booking is advised.Recently had the addition of SKYSPORTS1 and ITV2 for those who want to see their programmes later on.

The balcony has been incorporated into the lounge to make a larger living area with large sliding windows for afternoon sun.There is a dining area with seating for two people and a Hi Fi system with CD and Cassette, english TV with a dvd and a 24 hour reception where there is a safe facility if required.we have a safe within the apartment now!

The swimming pool is open from May to October and is protected by a life guard.There is also a small private garden. The apartment is West facing and enjoys aftenoon sun.

The Costa del Sol region

The nearest International Airport is Malaga which is approx. 10 km away. The town is situated in the heart of the Costa del Sol where there are many activities including Golf, Fishing, Horse riding Bowling and Sailing. There is an Aquapark at nearby Torremolinos and Fuengirola.

The Benalmadena / Arroyo de la Miel area

The town of Arroyo de la Miel is a very busy market town with its own railway station and cable car which goes to the top of the Calamorro Mountain, a car is not necessary as all amenities are within walking distance. The town is situated above the resort of Benalmadena which boasts the best Marina in the Mediterranean.
