Beautiful southwest facing studio apartment with afternoon and early evening sun, on the 8th floor of MINERVA complex with stunning views over the best pools on the Costa del Sol and the mountains. The studios are only 4 doors apart perfect large families or groups. The pool is situated in a secured area and is protected by life guards during the high seasons. In the complex itself there is a 24 hour reception with English speaking staff, Bureau De Change, Internet access, safe deposit box hire, hairdressers, supermarket, library, poolside bar and shops. The studios are close to all amenities - bars, restaurants, nightlife, entertainment, karaoke, quiz nights, bingo, etc.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region

Costa del Sol also known as Costa del Golf. Some fabulous, award-winning golf courses a few minutes drive from the apartments. An average of 300 sunny days a year makes this still the most popular destination with tourists from all parts of Europe.
The Sierra Nevada mountain range is only 2 hours away. Ski in the morning, sunbathe in the afternoon!
Although the area is geared up for the tourist trade, there is still plenty of 'the real Spain' to be discovered within easy travelling distance of the apartments.

Benalmadena / Arroyo de la Miel area

The town of Arroyo de la Miel is only a few minutes' walk away with a good array of shops, bars and restaurants. Benalmadena Pueblo (village) is a short drive or bus journey, a typical Andalucian white-washed village. Torremolinos and Fuengirola are only a few stops on the train. Benalmadena/Arroyo train station is 10 minutes walk with connections to Malaga town centre and the airport.
Orgainsed coach trips to Seville, Granada, Gibraltar, Mijas, Ronda, etc, etc pick up right outside Minerva.

How to get there

Fly to Malaga airport from most UK airports. Taxi to Minerva complex will cost approximately 20 - 25 Euros.

Alternatively there is a rail service from Malaga airport to Arroyo de la Miel train station every 30 minutes. Minerva is about 10 minutes walk from the train station.

The studio is very comfortable, Studio 1 has pull-down wardrobe beds that close up during the day leaving the lounge space free. Studio 1 also has a full-sized built-in oven and 4-ring hob and washing machine. With a double sofabed that can accommodate a 3rd adult or 2 small children.
Satellite TV gives you all your English channels, so you won't every miss your favourite soap(!), as well as Sky Sports, Sky News and Sky One and many other channels.
Dining tables and dining chairs for 4 people, selection of games, CDs and tapes.

The shared pools and gardens in Minerva/Jupiter are out of this world. They have been voted by the public 'The Best Pools On The Costa'. Lifeguards on duty during the high season, sunbeds to hire, plenty of natural grass area to bathe on, exclusive cafeteria/bar for sole use of residents.

At the time of booking, a 30% deposit will be charged, payable by cheque or direct bank transfer. The balance payable by the same method 6 weeks before arrival in Spain.

Full payment can be accepted in Sterling by cheque or direct into UK bank account. Deposits in euros can also be paid directly into Spanish bank account

Payment by PayPal also possible, but will incur and extra charge to cover PayPal's commission.

Lettings of 10 days or more will have linen/towel change supplement added.

3rd or 4th person will incur an extra charge - please enquire.

Discount for 3 weeks or more, any time of year.
