A spacious air conditioned 2 bedroom apartment located on a very popular complex in Benalmadena. This lovely apartment has everything that you need for a relaxing break in the sun. There is a large outdoor terrace which has both sun and shade consistently throughout the day making it popular with sun worshippers and families alike who require adequate shade for children. With a large dining table and sofa and outdoor lighting, it is a great place to relax and enjoy the most of outdoor living. There is a comfortable lounge with sofa beds, English (freeview) TV channels including BBC and ITV, DVD player, music docking station for iPods, iPhones and a radio to tune into the local weather and news on the coast.There is also a table and chairs for dining. The kitchen has everything you need for holiday living including microwave, hob, small cooker and fridge plus a washing machine which is useful for long stay winter lets. Both bedrooms are roomy with plenty of wardrobe space and ceiling fans. The Bathroom has bath with overhead shower and sink unit.
The superb complex has three outdoor pools including children's pool, restaurant, poolside bar, mini market and lounge bar with evening entertainment. There is free kids club (approx. two hours per day) from six years and above during summer school holidays. There is also an indoor pool and jacuzzi popular in the winter months (Nov – March). The complex is well maintained and secure with swipe cards handed out on arrival for access to the various areas. There is a fully serviced reception where you can book trips and excursions or pick up bus and train timetables. Opposite the complex is a large supermarket.
The air conditioning is payable locally and costs approximately one euro per three hours.
The beach is approximately seven minutes walk whilst the delights of Tivoli amusement park, Paloma Park, and Dolphin Selwo Show are approximately ten minutes walk. Visiting Benalmadena marina is a must and a relaxing stroll along the beachfront promenade will take around twenty minutes. The Spanish town of Arroya De La Miel is a similar distance and a great place for pavement cafes, tapas bars and shopping. Close by - approximately three minutes away is Palm Tree Avenue which has a great selection of restaurants from traditional English, to Chinese, Italian and Indian eateries all of which are popular with the guests who offer their feedback.
The apartment is popular with many guests returning and most comment on its great location and the lovely terrace.

The apartment block is in a great spot on the complex - located on the ground level (some of the blocks are set far back and fairly high up) and the actual apartment is on the ground level too - although the ground level is just slightly elevated. The apartment block is very attractive and is accessed by steps or a ramp for dragging suitcases. There is a small entrance hall with the two bedrooms located off this area. The bathroom is also here. The large open plan lounge with kitchen is spacious and bright with doors directly onto the large terrace. The terrace has a table and chairs for dinning and a sofa to relax on. There is also a light on the terrace which makes outside dinning easy. Many guests comment on this lovely comfortable terrace which really does offer a great space to enjoy the pretty views of the sea in the distance and in the other direction the mountains. There is constant sun and shade on the terrace which again seems popular from the feedback we receive. The lounge is bright and sunny and has two large sofa beds, English (freeview) TV channels including BBC and ITV, DVD player, music docking station for iPods, iPhones and a radio to tune into the local weather and news on the coast. There is a very small selection of games for children and books which guests tend to exchange during their holiday. The kitchen has everything that is needed including microwave,fridge, hob, small cooker, and washing machine. The complex has Wi-Fi in the public areas but not within the apartment. The air conditioning or heating is operated by a control panel in the lounge area, it costs approximately one euro for three hours and is paid via a coin slot mechanism. During the winter months there is also plug in heater too. Both of the bedrooms are nicely decorated and spacious with room for a cot if need be. There is plenty of wardrobe space and ceiling fans in both bedrooms. Please note the complex is located on a sharp hill - takes approx 3 mins for able bodied person to walk up. It is therefore not suitable for wheelchair users or those with walk difficulties.

Winter long stay lets should be discussed with owners, as these type of bookings wil recieve a good discount across the standard rates.
The English-speaking key holder meets all arrivals with apartment keys and swipe cards for accessing the public areas of the complex. Please note we do not offer the services of a representative - but in an emergency the key holder would be the point of contact.
There is a fully serviced reception where you can pick up bus and train timetables and book excursions. They can also book taxis and answer any questions that you may have on the local area.
The apartment is cleaned on arrival with clean towels and linen left out.
We can arrange for a cot to be in place on arrival. This is hired at an additional cost of approximately 20 Euros, which is paid in resort.
Conditions
Changeover day is a Saturday - however we do consider other arrival days outside of high season.
Departure time is 12pm and arrival time is 3pm.
This is a strictly non smoking apartment.

An inital non-refundable deposit of £100 will be taken at time of booking and the remaining balance would then be due eight weeks prior to departure.

The sunshine coast of Spain - with summers hot and sunny, and winters mild and bright with blue skies and sunshine; it is no surprise to know that the Costa del Sol experiences the best temperatures of all the Costa's and is just across the water from Africa in the very south of Spain.
The Coast itself is a playground full of fun things to do, plenty of beaches, water parks and activities for the kids, boundless amounts of culture and history. There are stylish marinas, great restaurants, fantastic shopping and excellent nightlife. The choice between action and relaxation is yours. Is it any wonder that this coast really does have something to suit every one?
Travelling along the coast is easy with an excellent network of buses and a state-of- the-art-train from Malaga airport along the coast as far as Fuengirola. If you prefer car hire then this is competitive and low cost alternatively there are plenty of excursions – with countless places to visit.
Inland are the pretty white Andalucian villages including the hill top town of Mijas; further afield but easily accessible are the beautiful cities of Seville and Granada. If it is glamour you're after, Puerto Banus and Marbella will not disappoint and the marina at Benalmandena is a must for its sophistication – With its many restaurants, bars and nightclubs . With golf courses in abundance, countless entertainment parks and fun things for the kids to do you really can find something to please everyone.
The coast is serviced by Malaga airport which has many regular flights from most, if not all, regional airports and the journey time is just over 2.30 hours – making the coast a very accessible and popular choice for many.
The Benalmadena / Benalmadena Costa area
The resort of Benalmadena is a favourite of many; from families looking for a fun packed week for the kids, to retired guests who enjoy the lovely walks along the promenade, warm weather and sunshine during the winter months to the younger generation who love the good nightlife.
A twenty minute tax ride or train journey from Malaga airport takes you to the resort.
Day time can be spent relaxing on a sunbed on the beach, hiring a bike to ride around the beautiful park, browsing the local market or taking the cable car into the mountains to enjoy the stunning views of the Costa del Sol. As the sunsets – the resort offers a whole choice of things to do from relaxing over dinner in the gorgeous white washed marina or in one of the pretty fish restaurants along the beach walkway, riding the roller coasters with the kids at Tivolli World or perhaps playing a round of mini golf. For the night owls there is a whole load of nightclubs and bars. With the amazing selection of places to eat and drink, this place suits all budgets and choices. And all is accessible by foot; alternatively there are plenty of buses and taxis available.
If its shopping you seek then the Spanish town of Arroya De La Miel is approximately a twenty minute walk from the beach front with its pretty pavement cafes and tapas bars it is a great place to relax and soak up the atmosphere. Alternatively a bus ride to Torromolinos will delight with its vast selection of shoe shops. Travelling further afield is easy and worthwhile to visit the white villages of Andalucia, or a day trip to Granada or even a round of golf, on one of the countless golf courses along this coast. With its all year round climate it means that the resort doesn't close down in winters therefore making it a perfect winter destination too. This excellent resort really does have it all, that a two week break really doesn't do it justice - which is probably why so many people return or that it is very popular with the long stay winter guests.

Fly to Malaga Airport which is serviced by a number of budget airlines. Onward travel to the airport the apartment is easy and takes approx 20 minutes by taxi and costs around Euros 25 one way. Alternatively there is an excellent train from the airport costing approx Euro 1.70 per person and takes a similar amount of time to Arroya de la Miel / Benalmadena, where you will find taxis. A taxi from this station to the apartment costs approx Euros 6 and takes around 3/5 minutes to the complex. Car hire can be collect at Malaga Airport on exiting you take the Autopista A-7 (’Autopista del Sol’) and head west to Cadiz/Marbella. Take exit 222 towards Arroyo de la Miel. Once you see the the sign for ‘Casino/Hotel Torrequebrada’ follow this until you reach ‘Palm Tree Avenue’, with the beach 400 metres ahead. Look left for the entrance to Pueblo Evita. As you go up the short hill the apartment is in the peachy coloured block right in front of you.

Hi Debra A big thanks for helping us organise our great family holiday. We satyed in your apartment for a couple of weeks in May/June 2012 and had a great time. The pool and other facilities at Pueblo Evita were excellent - the kids had great fun. And the apartment is so well placed for access to the beach, shops and restaurants of Benalmadena. The tips and advice that you gave us regarding where to go and what to see in the wider area really made it a great, fun holiday for us all. thanks Terry |

We really liked the location of our rental only 5 minutes walk to such a beautiful park where we walked daily. Did appreciate two large grocery stores less then 5 minutes walk. The apartment was a confortable size for 4 people and loved the terrace which was large enough for six to eat in good comfort. |
