A small complex of only 2 stories in a horseshoe shape surrounding beautiful gardens and pools. The entrance is gated so safe for children. From the small entrance hall there is a compact kitchen to the left which has an archway looking onto the dining area and spacious lounge. Off to the left are the 2 bedrooms and bathroom with both bath & shower. To the rear there is a sheltered terrace elevated over the pools and gardens which romantically floodlit by night.

The complex is only 300 mtrs from the beach and on your way there you will pass many shops, an internet cafe and bars and restaurants catering for all tastes. There are 2 supermarkets very close by and a brand new tennis club. It's a short walk to Paloma Park which is full of animals and water birds. Adjacent to the park is Selwo Marina where you can see the Dolphins, sea lions, Penguins etc. A great experience whatever your age. A new Orange Bus Service which circulates the area stops just outside the complex.

Benalmadena is the best place on the Costa del Sol. It boasts the best Marina, wonderful beaches and more attractions than any other resort. Of course the sunshine is the same all along the coast, but only 15 mins from the airport makes Benalmadena more attractive than a long ride to Marbella or Nerja.

Local attractions include:
- Sealife in the Marina, all kinds of sea life including sharks
- Selwo Marina. Dolphin shows, also Sealions, penguins parrots and amazing gardens
- Paloma Park, beautiful lake and gardens full of wildlife and fauna
- Tivoli world. A fun time for all the family in this Theme Park. Also Sunday market.
- Cable Car. The cable car takes you to the top of the highest peak for breathtaking views.
- Birds of Prey shows and donkey rides are available at the top.
- Buddhist Temple
- New in 2006 an open top double decker "City Bus" to take you to all the places of interest
- New 2007. Ice rink and indoor swimming pool
Trips to other places of interest are easily arranged. For example, Granada, Gibraltar, Seville and Cordoba to mention just a few.

Flights to Malaga airport are available from most UK airports. From there it is only 15mins by car or taxi to the apartment. Trains are also connecting every 30 mins with Arroyo de la Miel and a short taxi ride later you are applying your sun cream ready to enjoy your holiday in the sun.

Beds were really hard so beware if you don't like a hard bed as it didn't suit us. The kitchen utensils and chopping boards left a lot to be desired and should really be replaced as they gave the impression of being dirty although this was not the case. On the whole clean but certain items including bedding were tired. Lounge rug was a bit on the dirty side. We would say though that it is well situated and the owners were very prompt and helpful when we had problems. Response: We take all comments on board. We have bought a soft topper mattress to make the bed more comfortable. We are constantly replacing items and painting and cleaning. We have many repeat bookings with very happy guests. |

We stayed in this lovely apartment in May 2012 and had an amazing time. As a frequent visitor to Costa Del Sol, and particularly Benalmadena, I have to say that this apartment has been in the best location that we have ever stayed. Ideal for families with small children and anyone with walking difficulties as there are no hills or steps between this apartment and the local beaches, shops and bars/restaurants. Located just 5 minutes from one of the best beaches in Benalmadena and with literally hundreds of bars and restaurants on your doorstep, there is no need to worry about costly taxis in order to get around, we visited the local mini-golf and Benalmadena Marina on foot. The apartment itself has everything you could need for your holiday and the wonderful owners also contacted us prior to our stay to ask if we required any groceries - really helpful as we arrived late at night and needed a few basics. The pool area was ideal for my toddler, with lovely gardens and a gated entrance to the actual swimming area (extra safety). If you like a little pampering whilst on holiday there is a spa hotel just behind this apartment providing value for money treatments. I'd like to say a huge thank you to Christine, we had a wonderful holiday and would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone considering a holiday in Benalmadena - we will certainly be back! |
