It is a modern town house set close to the Village of Benalmadena Pueblo. It is one of 11 houses in this very small residential urbanization with stunning views of both the sea and mountains.

The house will be cleaned upon entry and exit only.
Change of bedding and towels will be supplied on lettings of 7 days or more.
There will be a minimum charge of 7 days.
The keys will be supplied by owner or collected locally.
Conditions
25% deposit payable to secure booking within 5 days of confirmed reservation.
Full amount to be paid 56 days prior to travel.
There will be £200 deposit paid to the owner for any breakages which will be refunded upon inspection within 7 days.
The property must be vacated at 10.00 am on the morning of departure.
Entry of the property must be at 3.30pm on arrival. This is to allow for cleaning.

Benalmadena is conveniently placed just 19 kms from Malaga airport. The Pueblo which is just 2 kms away, a typical old white andalucian village set in the mountains which has managed to retain its charm, with its narrow cobbled streets and panoramic view across the mountains and the sea for miles. Not well known, but it is the birth place of Antonio Banderas.
Malaga for the Picasso Museum. Marbella is only 20 mins away on the motorway which is easy to reach. Mijas is another white Town set in the mountains with a Donkey sanctuary a few kms from Benalmadena. Fuengirola and Torremolinos about 3 - 4 kms away for the night life.
The Benalmadena / Benalmadena Pueblo area
Golfing Holiday . The Best golf courses in the area are Torrequebrada golf course is within 10 min drive, and Mijas which is about 15 mins drive, Marbella and San Pedro de Alcantara are within 20 – 30 mins drive.
Kalifa Beach is 3 mins in the car. Walking 15 mins.
Walking Distance. La Reserva del Higueron Restaurant and Sports club is within 15 mins walk.
The Village. Benalmadena is rich in history with a museum, a castle, Buddhist Temple and fabulous church and Town Square

Marbella and San Pedro de Alcantara are within 20 – 30 mins drive. with may more about 30 mins away.
Restaurants. Some of the best restaurants I have eaten in are Benalmadena Pueblo: Fidels, La Perla, El Higueron and Airen, are all excellent first class and highly recommended and are within 2/5 mins drive, The "Menu del Dia" which is a 3 course meal with 3 choices is about 7 euros per person = £4.80 with glass of wine or beer included.
Day Out. Tivoli World, cable cars, horse riding, aquarium sea life, Selwo Marina, snake farm, and water For a day out Tivoli World, cable cars, horse riding, aquarium sea life, Selwo Marina, snake farm, and water parks.
Night Life. Puerto Marina is best known for its nautical sports facilities and cruises, and is open to everyone to visit during the day. In the evening it is a lively spectacle with its restaurants, clubs and nightlife.
Benalmadena has a municipal council that promotes all the Festivities with Carnivals and processions. Easter, Holy Week, the Passion of Christ and Corpus Christi which is traditional throughout Spain especially in the South of Spain. Even St. Patricks Day is celebrated in Arroyo de la Miel with the town Plaza taken over for the Irish celebrations.
The house is within 5 mins drive of the beach and the Pueblo. It is walking distance to the local shops in La Reserva del Higueron close to a local bar and restaurants, Golf & a local sports club less than 10 mins walk and other local amenities.
Local Transport. There is a very good bus service nearby and the local transport is excellent in this area, otherwise taxi fares are not expensive, or you may wish to hire a car which will give you more freedom to see.
Shop in Málaga or Puerto Banus, Marbella. They are within 15 - 20 mins drive.
For night life try Puerto Marinas, Torremolinos, Fuengirola or even Puerto Banus.
Benalmadena is conveniently placed just 19 kms from the airport.
Malaga festival is the beginning of August, and Benalmadena is about the 2nd week of August. Towns and villages generally take turns to have a Fiesta, so when one town has finished festivities you can be assured a nearby one has just started.

Monarch and BA offer a very good competitive service, but most airlines fly to Malaga airport.
Car hire. I can recommend Sixt they collect you at the door and offer new and very clean cars at competitive prices.
Taxi ride to the airport is between 20 and 25 euros depending on the time of day.
On leaving Malaga airport follow the signs to A7 to Algeciras. Exit the 217 Benalmadena/Mijas, head towards Benalmadena. Straight ahead at the roundabout pass the Reserva del Higueron. It is the first road on the right. Straight across the mini roundabout, down the road, 2nd left and left at the other mini roundabout into calle Madrid. It is just over 3 quaters of the way up the road.
