On a small hill with 360o views at foot of Benalmadena Pueblo. It is newly-built, comfortably furnished with beds for two but seating and space (472 sq. ft.) for four, with independent staircase, two furnished terraces, one with teak furniture for four, the other with recliners, multi-station satellite TV, video, radio, books, full bathroom with shower, fully-equipped kitchen with hobs, microwave, washing machine, large fridge/freezer, ironing board & iron, hairdryer, radiators and electric fan. Bedlinen and towels are provided but not personal beach towels.

There is a doorbell and a light switch to control outside lighting , a barbecue and clothes drying facilities.
There is a multi satellite TV system giving all free Sky programs and also French, German and others.
Heating is by oil filled electric radiators.

There is a well-lit open staircase to the front door, giving the occupants independence and privacy and use of the pool.There is easy parking and quiet roads, the train station at the bottom of the steps and small supermarket , postbox, car-hire office ,4* hotel, bars and restaurants are also a few minutes' walk away. On the beach, which is not overcrowded, there is a little-known restaurant with tables a few feet away from the waves.

The swimming pool of 9m. x 5m. is fitted with a telescopic hard cover to conserve the sun's heat and make swimming possible outside the normal season. The villa was purchased ten years ago and the penthouse built to receive friends and family but as they have mostly "done the rounds", it is often available for holiday visitors. The owners are often around and glad to provide support and local information. There are tennis and paddle courts, riding schools and the Torrequebrada golf course nearby, which has a good restaurant overlooking the links.
Conditions
No pets or children.
To secure a booking we require a holding deposit and the balance in sterling or euros on arrival.
A damage/security and keys deposit of £ 25 will be retained on arrival and returned at the end of the stay, if not required. A cleaning charge can be made at the owner's discretion, but only when justified.

The Costa del Sol region


On the Costa del Sol with mountains and sea views , sweet-smelling air, white villages, goats and campo walks yet accessible to attractions and activities, on foot, by car, by bus or by train from the local Torremuelle station. In addition to the bus service along the N 340 coast road, there is a main pick-up point for excursion coaches to Gibraltar, Granada, Cordoba and Seville, Cadiz or even Morocco. At the foot of Benalmadena Pueblo and campo, over-looking parkland, an olympic size pool and tennis courts for residents of a well-established and maintained urbanisation. In the near distance can be seen the Cable Car to the Cala Moro, also sometimes the white peaks of the Sierra Nevada or the African coast. The Benalmadena / Torremuelle area
Torremuelle is a prestigious urbanisation with its own amenities, night and weekend security patrols. The station is at the bottom of the steps and it takes 12mins. to Fuengirola, 3 mins. to Benalmadena/ Arroyo, 25 mins. to the airport, 35 mins to Malaga centre, the Malaga main railway station giving access to Madrid by the AVE and the rest of Spain. Nearby attractions include Tivoli World, the Cable Car, the Marina, the Casino, the Dolphinarium, SeaWorld, cinemas, theatres, night-clubs and so on.The Sierra Nevada is better reached by car.

Fly to Malaga then 20 mins. by train to Torremuelle to be met at station or 25 mins. by taxi or by car which can be rented at the airport. We suggest that car is not rented for more than a few days during July and August due to road congestion and parking difficulties, whilst it could be used for long trips. Our suberb location near the railway allows easy access to the whole coast from Malaga to Fuengirola. Due to a hill and valley, the slow-moving trains do not cause any disturbance.

NB: Prices may be subject to change at the advertiser's discretion.
1) Please note that the minimum stay is 7 nights except during winter months when it is 10 nights, which applies from November to February including.
2) We offer reductions for long summer lets but not for long winter lets.
3) From the beginning of October or November to end of March or April, due to heating, electricity consumption will be metered and charged at the same rate as charged to us with the meter located in the flat. We believe this is a fairer way for both parties since we do not have to charge higher rent to cover all possibilities.
4) A booking can start and end on any day of a week, with the odd days of an incomplete week charged at one seventh of the weekly rate ( i.e.You pay for the number of days you stay but only when in excess of 7 or 14 nights in summer and in excess of 10 nights in winter.)
5) A discretionary cleaning charge could be made at the end of the stay but only when warranted.
6) The pool in our grounds is mainly for your own use since we use the pool very seldom, if at all, and only in summer.
