In a quiet residential road in the heart of Benalmadena, this luxury two bedroom, two bathroom Penthouse Apartment is in a private complex and enjoys sea and mountain views from a superb terrace. All within 10 minutes walk of the cosmopolitan town are the facilities, including 10km of sandy beach, promenade side restaurants and Puerto Marina. A short walk in the other direction is the village of Arroyo de la Miel, with numerous shops, restaurants and a supermarket. The airport is only 15 minutes away by car.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region

Just outside Malaga, Benalmadena is one of the Costa del Sols most vibrant and attractive resorts.
Lying in the foothills of Sierra de Mijas, Benalmadena enjoys over 300 days of sunshine per year and constantly mild temperatures due to the influence of the Mediterranean Sea.
Benalmadena Costa boasts a beautiful beach stretching for almost 10 kilometres and what is claimed to be one of the best Marinas in the world. Here, there are over 1000 berths and 200 shops, bars, restaurants, plus a new shopping centre. The architecture has Andalucian, Arabian and Indian influences. It is an attractive place to visit both during the day and at night.
The playgrounds of the rich and famous, Marbella and Puerto Banus, are only twenty minutes away by road, and the Rock of Gibraltar can be reached in under an hour.
There are dozens of excellent golf courses in the area, with the world famous Torrequebrada course only ten minutes away.

Benalmadena / Benalmadena Costa area

Benalmadena is a great Spanish Town and has all the beaches, bars, restaurants, shopping and entertainment anyone could ever want. There are a wide range of restaurants to suit all including British, Irish, French, Italian, Chinese, Indian and of course the wonderful traditional Spanish "Chiringuitos" on the beach front which are highly recommended. What could be better than spending time on the beach and then sitting in the shade of the Chiringuito for a meal.

There are many local amenities and all within fairly close proximity, including: 2 Water Theme Parks, Sea Life and Selwo Marina, Crocodile Park, Tivoli World (Spanish theme park with an array of breathtaking rides, beautiful gardens and superb flamenco dancing) or for those with a head for heights, why not take a ride in a cable car to the mountain top and take in the breathtaking views. The local train ride starting from the Marina will take you to Selwo and you can take in the sights at the same time.

Great sandy beaches stretch for miles with the usual water sports available, or just relax and enjoy. There is also a wonderful promenade stretching the length of the beach, for those who wish to stroll.

The area is known also as Costa Golf, and there are many local high quality courses to choose from. The nearest is Torrequebrada which is very welknown and 5 Star.

There are many local supermarkets offering a wide selection of everything you could need. Benalmadena now has it's own large Carrefour shopping centre. Also nearby is the Playa Mayor shopping centre with designer shops, dozens of restaurants and a multi-screen cinema. Or if you fancy something more traditional, why not try your hand at bartering with the locals in the weekly street markets! Well worth a visit to soak up the local atmosphere.


How to get there

The cheaper airlines usually increase the flight prices nearer the departure date.

We advise you to book your flights as early as possible to get the best prices.

Most UK airports offer direct flights into Malaga.

The flight time is around two hours on average.

The swimming pool is open from 15th April to October. We provide 4 pool sunbeds.
The large 25m2 terrace has views over the mountains and in the other direction, the sea. We provide a wonderful table and 6 chairs on the terrace together with a sun umbrella and 2 sun loungers.
The second balcony off the twin room, has 2 chairs and a small table for those early evening drinks.
The apartment is easily accessible to all with lifts and stairs for those who prefer.
For bookings who like to hire a car, the apartment comes with a car space in the underground carpark.
There is also a pay-phone on the complex.
We can also provide a Childs bed-rail.
We have a small safety deposit box for your valuables.

Smoke / Carbon-monoxide alarm fitted.

Check in at 3pm and check out by 10.30am. However, maybe flexible on times if there is no back-to-back booking. If your flights arrives before 3pm, you maybe able to leave your luggage in the apartment.

Cot/Highchair or Childs bedrail can be hired at £10 each per week.

All bookings are on a strictly first come, first served basis.

IMPORTANT - Before you send any deposits please phone, email or fax us to establish availability & prices for the required dates.

We will require a 25% deposit to secure the booking along with a completed booking form. This must be signed by the lead name who is responsible for payment of the final balance. Deposits must be received within 7 working days to secure your booking. We will send you a receipt, upon cleared funds, within 7 working days and confirmation of the final balance due date, which is payable 6 weeks before your departure. (Bookings made within six weeks of arrival will require full payment in advance). A small EURO charge is payable by each client/booking to the representative in order to collect and return keys on arrival/departure, and to secure the security deposit. Please contact owner for amount.

Your holiday contract:

Please complete, sign and return the booking form to confirm your booking, and to declare that you have fully read and understood our terms and conditions as set out herein;

No more than six persons may reside at the apartment during the rental period. If more than six persons are found to be resident at the property, the party will be asked to leave the apartment immediately and no refunds will be given.

Only those named on the booking form are allowed to stay in the apartment. Name changes maybe made if agreed with the owner prior to arrival at the apartment.
Under no circumstances will persons under the age of 21, be allowed to reside at the apartment without parental/adult supervision.

The owners will not be held liable for travel cancellations or delays, or for theft, damage to personal property, personal injury or losses of any kind during your stay.

A security deposit of £150 is required to be paid in the final balance, due 6 weeks prior to departure. The security deposit will be refunded in full, subject to any damages or breakages to the apartment, and return of the keys, being paid for. A cheque will be returned to the Lead Name on the Booking Form, within 10 days of departure from the apartment.

The location is great because it is within walking distance of both the Marina (and adjoining beaches) and Arroya de la Miel which is the town centre. It is only two or three miinutes from bus lines and a ten minute walk from the nearest train station. The apartment itself is comfortable, clean, and well stocked with most tourist needs.
