Bugan Villa is perfectly located on the edge of Benalmadena Pueblo. A quiet setting yet only 2 mins from numerous bars and restaurants. The villa has a private pool, in a peaceful location with wonderful sea views. The village offers a taste of Spanish village life and is popular with visitors who regularly come back year after year. The villa is south facing, and enjoys all day sunshine from sunrise to sunset.
There are outside areas for sunbathing on the various terraces, the pool area, (private swimming pool 3.3m x 7m) and the attractive mature gardens with fruit trees. There is a shaded seating area with dining table and BBQ next to the pool. Sunbeds and umbrellas are provided. There is a pergoda covered in plants for extra shade and pretty alfresco dining. Next to the pool is a shower and sauna.

Inside the Villa there are 2 double bedrooms, 1 ensuite, 1 twin room, kitchen, lounge and dining room. We provide all linen and towels. We now also provide beach towels as airlines are so strict on weight these days!

Changeover day is flexible. Arrival time is 2pm, although if the villa is ready you can arrive any time. Check out is normally 10am unless we don't have arrivals the same day then check out is flexible.
Conditions
To book the villa, we take a down payment of 30% to secure your booking. The remaining 70% is due 8 weeks before arrival at the property. A refundable breakages deposit of 200 euros is required. This is refunded directly back to your bank within one week of departure from the villa.
The Costa del Sol region
There are a large range of beaches nearby 5 mins drive by car or there is a regular bus service that runs to the beach. There are the famous beaches of Torremolinos, Fuengirola, Marbella all within short distances. We can offer kite surfing courses for the more adventurous! Malaga City 15 mins drive / train. Fuengirola 10 mins drive. Marbella 20 mins drive. Puerto Banus 30 mins drive. Tarifa 1.15 hrs drive. Gibraltar 1.5 hrs drive. Ronda is 1.5 hrs drive. Granada 2 hours drive.
Costa del Sol is famous for its golf courses. It is otherwise known as Costa del Golf! there are many many courses all around suitable for beginners through to expert! There are over 56 on the coast. The closest to the villa is Torrequebrada Golf Club or the smaller village Golf Club.
Malaga airport is 15 mins by car/taxi. A car is not necessary it depends on what your needs are. The villa has the private pool and the village is 2 mins walk away, with a good choice of cafes, bars and restaurants, plus a supermarket. There is a regular bus service to the beaches or the port. Or 24hr square which has bars and nightclubs. If you want to explore the countryside or mountains near by a car is advisable. The villa has a private driveway with locked gates if you do hire a car.
Benalmadena village 2 mins walk away. Benalmadena Port 5 min drive away. Selwo Animal Park 5 min drive away. Water parks 10 min drive away. Amusement Park with Rides 5 min drive. Aqualand 5 mins drive. Mijas Pueblo - pretty village with famous donkeys 5 min drive away.
The Benalmadena / Benalmadena Pueblo area
Benalmadena Pueblo is one of the best villages on the Costa del Sol with a relaxed atmosphere. It has some wonderful tapas bars, a fish mongers, 2 bakeries, a butchers, bars, restaurants, cafes, internet access, 2 banks, a supermarket All 2 mins walk away. It is a delight to wander through the narrow, whitewashed cobble streets and enjoy the display of typical Andalucian flowers and plant pots.
There are spectacular views of the Mediterranean coast from most of the streets. Other activities nearby include: horse riding, climbing, mountain biking, hiking, scuba diving, water skiing, wind surfing, kite surfing, sailing, paragliding, jet skiing and speed boats.

There are many airlines that fly to Malaga now including Easy Jet, Ryan Air, Fly Be. You can also try scheduled flights through travel companies such as First Choice, Inghams, Thomson Travel.
For car hire the cheapest prices seem to be on the internet or the local car hire firm in the village is Benalmádena Cars, who offer reasonable prices and a personal service. They offer a 24 hour delivery and collection service at Malaga airport.
