About the home

The apartment is set on a very lively marina with a sea view and just a few yards away from the beach. There are many restaurants too choose from all a stones throw from the apartment. You have easy access to taxi's, a local Ferry boat to Malaga or Fuengirola, and local buses, You can visit the Sea Life Centre just a few minutes away or Tivolli World in Arroyo De La Miel, and the wonderful Paloma Park were you can wander around feeding the hens, ducks, rabbits , peacocks and various other wildlife all of which is free,or visit the Selwo dolphinarium. For those of you who prefer a more sedate holiday then the beach offers all the usual facilities.

With just a short drive to Marbella, Gibraltar, Mijas and many other towns this makes the apartment a great base for those of you who wish to explore the area.

The Dining room/conservatory is fully glazed with doors that slide back to give the illusion that you are on the balcony, allowing you to sit in the sun even if its not too warm outside, it also has a small wicker table and two matching chairs, this is as well as the dining table.

Although only a one bedroom apartment there is a sofa bed in the lounge suitable for children.
The apartment also has two electrical radiators should you experience a chilly night .

Costa del Sol is one of Spain's most popular tourist destinations. A mild climate makes it possible to enjoy the beaches and a wide variety of outdoor activities year round, a golfers delight with many golf courses stretching the length of the region. Vist Mijas or one of the many delightful villages, take a trip to Malaga, home to Pablo Picasso with plenty of museums and churches, check out Puerto Banus and ogle those fabulous luxury yachts, Gibraltar has a fabulous wildlife reservation famous of course for its apes and much more. Or simply sit back and relax enjoying the regions many beaches

The Benalmadena / Benalmadena Marina area

You can visit Sea Life, Tivolli World, there's an Aqua Park near by, Paloma Park to stroll amongst the wildlife, a Dolphinarium and so much more. On the beach you can relax and swim, hire a boat or book one of the many tours on offer. Many festivals take place and information can be found at the tourist info office just a short stroll from the apartment. The Local markets at Arroyo, Torremolinos and Fuengirola are worth checking out.

Easy Jet is a great budget airline and don't forget to book early for some great deals - once at the airport you can either hire a car or get a taxi it's only about 15 mins drive from the airport - close enough but without the noise of overhead planes
