About the home

This stunning 2 bed penthouse apartment (sleeps 4-6 plus baby cot). Situated in the heart of the Marina with fantastic views over the Port. There is always a great buzz around the Marina and comes alive at night time with the abundance of Restaurants, Bars, cafeteriars, Shops.
It has a hugh 26sq.m terrace with sun all day and complete with sun canopy, table and 4 loungers.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with Dishwasher/washing machine/stream Iron you will want for nothing. The lounge area has Sky TV, DVD player, CD Player. The apartment also has hot & cold air conditioning throughout. There is an en suite bathroom plus a further bathroom in the hallway fitted out to the highest standard.
We cater for small children having a travel cot, high chair and steam sterilizer as standard.

This apartment is an ideal place to stay if you want to explore the coast, play golf , lie on the beach or just sit back relax and enjoy the atmosphere and watch the world go by.

Check in time is 4pm – 8pm on day of arrival. If the apartment is ready before this our key holder will ring or text you to advise you can check in earlier. This all depends if we have guests checking out that morning.
•
Arrivals between 2200 & 0800 midweek = €25 addtional fee
•
Arrivals at the weekend Saturday & Sunday nights between 2000 & 0800 = €25 additional fee
•
Check out Time is 11am (or by arrangement)
•
We are unable to provide any luggage storage facilities for those arriving on earlier flights.
• On Arrival at the Marina and hand over of keys a security deposit of €250 is payable to our key holder in cash – This is refunded back to you via Electronic transfer to your account.
•
Refunds – All Deposits are Non – Refundable.
Holiday cancellation Insurance is not included in the rental and should you have to cancel your booking for whatever reason a refund will only be made if Marina Comfort (Del Sol Properties) can re-let the accommodation for the period concerned. We strongly recommend you take out cancellation Insurance.
If full payment made - Refunds will depend on how close to arrival and the likelihood of the Apartment being re-booked and if rates had to be reduced due to last minute lets.
A minimum cancellation fee applies €65.
Cancellation up to 8 weeks prior to stay Full refund minus €65
Cancellation 7 - 3 weeks prior to stay 40% refund
No refunds for cancellation 2 weeks or less prior to stay.

Conditions

25% Booking deposit is required then final payment 6 weeks prior to your stay.

The Costa del Sol region

Benalmadena is situated on the Costa Del Sol between Torremolinos and Fuengorola. It has the Largest Marina on the coast and has been twice voted 'Best Marina in the world'. Fantastic all year round climate so perfect for that relaxing beach holiday, you can choose from a quiet cove or a family focused beach with plenty of activity.
Local places of interest include Tivoli World attraction park which is a must for all ages, from here you can take a cable car to great heights and see some fantastic views. Aqua parks, crocodile park, sea life centre, selwo adventure and marina park are all within easy reach of this apartment.

The Benalmadena / Benalmadena Marina area

There are an abundance of fine beaches,water sports such as fishing,sailing,cruising and diving. There is plenty of sight seeing trips and some beautiful walks to take and of course golf, with over 30 courses to choose from there one there to suit all players. The restaurants, bars, Cafeterias and shops are too numerous to mention.
You really will enjoy the apartment in your luxurious surroundings.
