We normally take 50% of the total rent due on booking as a deposit however payments may also be staged as follows:-
A deposit of 25% of the total rental to be paid on booking with a further 25% due at a later date. Your final rental payment of 50% to be received not later than one month before departure to Spain. ALTERNATIVELY, you may find it more convenient to pay the full rent on booking.
We accept a Sterling or Euro cheque, or a Sterling denominated Bankers Draft obtained at your local bank, or a payment by Internet banking, or an electronic transfer from your bank to our bank, or cash/debit card payments into our Lloyds TSB bank account at your nearest branch of Lloyds TSB.
Acceptable methods of payment and our bank account details will be sent to you when you book.

The Costa del Sol region
The Costa del Sol has a wonderful climate, sunny and hot for the spring and summer months, and mild during the winter - the perfect year round holiday destination.
You will never be hard pressed to find something to do. There are lots of super places to visit, lots of activities to pursue and many interesting colourful places to eat.
There's lots to see - Granada with the Alhambra Palace, Sevilla and its magnificent Cathedral, Ronda, a picturesque ancient town set way up in the mountains or even go just across the water to exotic Tangier in North Africa!
If you fancy just sitting with a book sunbathing, then going out in the evening for a nice meal the Cost del Sol has it all. It won't let you down !
The Benalmadena / Arroyo de la Miel area
Arroyo de la Miel is a wonderful destination - vibrant and colourful with its well known lively Bonanza Square (just a short walk away) mixed in with the laid back atmosphere of the Mediterranean. It has lovely restaurants and bars to choose from, and is the perfect place to enjoy the sunshine.
Benalmadena has a "mini Disney World" with stage shows (Tivoli World). Opposite Tivoli World is the exciting cable car ride (Teleferica) which will take you to the top of the mountain! Benalmadena has a very impressive new Marina development offering boat trips, restaurants, colourful shops and boutiques. If you fancy diving beneath the sea without getting wet there is the Sea Life Centre and if you would also like to see a dolphin show then the Selwo Marina is a must.
Benalmadena also has a long, wide and FLAT Promenade, just perfect for that gentle stroll. There are frequent part shaded resting places so you can sit and admire the lovely sea and beach views or just watch the world go by.
ABOUT 20 MINUTES AWAY BY LOCAL BUS OR TRAIN:-
FUENGIROLA: In the Port, you can take a trip on a glass bottomed boat looking for dolphins. There is a tourist train (Tren Turistico) which will take you on a leisurely tour of the town by road. Fuengirola has a renowned Zoo and a wonderful Giant Water Park (Parque Acuatico Mijas). Fuengirola has a long (7km - 5 miles), wide and FLAT Promenade, with frequent part shaded resting places so you can sit and enjoy the lovely views.
MIJAS: Mijas is a pretty 9th century Andalucian village with craft shops, cafes and the well known donkey taxis. Mijas nestles on the mountainside with landscaped viewing platforms and seating for you to look over the spectacular coastline below.
TORREMOLINOS: Torremolinos is an established resort close to Benalmadena, a mixture of the old and the new, with something for everyone from lovely beaches to a large and interesting modern shopping centre.
MALAGA: The city of Malaga has a comprehensive shopping centre, a magnificent Cathedral, a Castle and a vibrant Port. It also has the world famous Picasso Museum.
If you want to stretch a little further afield, you can visit Gibraltar (well known for its tax free goods), the caves in Nerja, and Marbella & Puerto Banus with its trendy shops and beautiful Marina.
Come and enjoy the wonderful Costa del Sol - there is so much to experience and see.
