About the home

Recently refurbished the apartment is perfect for a romantic holiday for 2 people or a couple with a child. A major Supermarket is a 5 minute walk away. Less than a minute's walk, there is a Taxi rank and Bus stops, to take you either East to Malaga City (Worth the Visit) via Torremolinos or go West to Fuengirola and onto Marbella and Gibraltar. Benalmadena Port is a short walk ( Approx10 min) along the promenade (Paseo) with It's Restuarants,
Shops, Bars and of course lovely Boats. The beautiful Palomo Park with a Theatre,Cafe's,Lake, Birds,Rabbits etc, all wondering freely around enjoying life,is a 2 minute walk up the street behind the apartment.On Wednesday's a (2nd Hand & New) market is held at the top end of the park.

The complex is secure, small and friendly with the 2 Gated entrances at the front of the block.Located at the rear is the entrance to the apartments.Situated on the 2nd floor (No Lift) you will need to be able to walk up the stairs.
These are Not Steep and quite managable for most people unless they have serious mobility problems.
The apartment itself consists of 1 Double Bed Bedroom,Shower Bathroom,Lounge with American Kitchen,Sofa and Sofa Bed all leading onto the Terrace with Table and Chairs for dining El Fresco. The apartment has WiFi Connection and is supplied with all the Linen and Towels (NOT BEACH TOWELS) you should need. The Kitchen is fully fitted and has everything you need to cook snack's and meals at home. While Smoking is permitted it is Requested that for the sake of Non Smokers,Smoking visitors kindly use the Terrace.(THANK YOU)

The complex does not have a swimming pool as it is so close to the beach.As stated before there are many other
Complex's and Hotels around that are only too willing to let you use there facilities.When using these one would normally purchase a drink and snack's. Places to visit are various.Palomo Park already mentioned has Selwo Marina with Sealions,Penguins,Parrots,Dolphin shows and lovely gardens.Benalmadena Port is pleasant by day
but comes alive by night with,Quality Restuarants, Music Bars (Check out the new Ice Bar) and Clubs with music to suit your taste.Tivoli World Funfair and Theatre is located in Arroyo de la Miel the main area of Benalmadena for shopping.

From the Port you can take Boat Trips,Fishing,Diving,Sailing,or relax on one of the many cruises.Tivoli World Theme Park offers,Shows,Fun Fair,and a Friday Market. Next to Tivoli you can take the Cable Car up the Mountain behind Benalmadena to see Eagles and other exoctic birds, plus amazing views.Visit the Buddhist Temple and the new Butterfly Sanctury in Benalmadena Pueblo on your way up to the White Village of Mijas Pueblo.
The area of Arroyo de la Miel has a complex with Indoor Swimming Pool and an Ice Rink.
Festivals (Feria's) are numerous and all through the year, so you are best advised to check the local press to check out what and where things are happening. Papers etc can be found in local shops and bars

“Great views” We stayed there for 18 days in September 2012. The apartment has everything you need, even a parasol for the beach. It is close to bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The view from the balcony is... more

“Nice clean,well equipped apartment in a good location” We have recently enjoyed a weeks stayed at this apartment. The accommodation was well equipped and very clean. The balcony was a nice size for a one bedroom dwelling, with a lovely view of the beach, a great place to sit and watch the world go by. Plus the location was excellent as a base for exploring Benalmadena and the surrounding areas with a good , cheap bus service. I intend to re-visit in the near future.

“Great Value For Money.” We have just returned from three perfect weeks at this apartment.If you want a view to die for,plus a relaxing holiday,this is for you. Just a stones throw away from a beautiful beach, very well equipped for self catering,clean and comfortable in a charming small spanish block, There is a great hotel virtually next door, where we called in most nights to enjoy the entertainment provided, and some days lounged around the lovely pool area, There is also an excellent bus service going both ways,with stops outside the door, Very cheap to travel around, Gives us great pleasure to recommend this holiday apartment.

“Happy @ relaxing holiday.” Lovely @ clean appartment. The views of the ocean are fantactic even at night you can see the lights of the ships moveing around. The appartment itself is fully contained @ has everything you could possibley need. The main thing for me was you get the sun on balcony all day long @ of course the beach just across the road @ all the shops @ bars all around you. Will go again soon as possible, wouldnt want to stay anywhere else now. Must say you have to go up 2 flights of stairs which are not steep but could be a problem to someone with disabilitys.
