A major supermarket is a 2 minute walk away. There is a Taxi rank and Bus stops at the beach end of the avenue that can get you in either direction.East to Malaga City (Well worth the visit) via Torremolinos or go West to Fuengirola and on to Marbella and Gibraltar. Benalmadena Port is a short walk (Approx) 20 mins along the promenade (Paseo) from the apartment,so the shops and nightlife,not to mention the lovely boats are all close for your pleasure.Do not miss a stroll around Palomo Park with it's theatre, lake, animals, bird life, etc. Wednesday is market day in the park (2nd Hand & New).So enjoy yourselves.and have a great time.

In the interior of the complex you will find the beautiful garden and swimming pools area.Hidden away from prying eyes and romantically floodlit in the evenings.This area is gated and fenced, so perfect for children and parents alike to sunbathe and safe-fully enjoy both the adult and kids pools.
The apartment is supplied with all the Linen,Towels, etc, you will need. The kitchen has everything to cook snack's and meal's at home.

This is a small and friendly complex on 2 floors consisting of 22 apartments. Number 2G is on the second floor,on the avenue side, but not noisy and with views towards the beach and mountains.While smoking is allowed,it is requested that smoking visitors kindly use the terrace which is equipped with table and chairs.Towels provided are for use in the apartment.Please supply your own beach towels.

Change overs are flexible but weekends preferred.
Booking period : Minimum stay 1 week.

Conditions
Booking period minimum stay 1 week. Any Damage occured will be payable in cash before departure.
Change over will be as flexible as possible. But if the next Arrival is the same day as your Departure the period of 11.00 hrs to 15.00 hrs must be allocated for cleaning.

The Benalmadena area
Paloma Park.Theatre,lovely lake,gardens,birds,wildlife.Selwo Marina(Entrance) in the park,penguins,sea lions,dolphin shows.The Port has boat trips,fishing,diving,sailing,jet ski rent,paragliding,bars,restaurants,ice bar,disco's,etc.Also Sealife Marina with all species, including sharks is located within the this area.Tivoli World theme park,shows,fun fair,market (Fridays).Cable car to view birds of prey and views from the mountain behind Benalmadena.Buddhist Temple and new butterfly sanctury in the pueblo.There is also a indoor swimming pool and Ice Rink.Festivals (Feria's) are numerous, so you are best advised to check the local press found in local shop's and bar's.

nice apartment. spotlessly clean. good area and close to everything you would need for a superb holiday. Need a couple of comfy chairs for the balcony would be the only minus point for me. |

This apartment was lovely and clean, and looks better than the pictures. The location is fantastic as you have the supermarket 3 mins up the road, the bars and restaurants are 2 mins down the road.... more |

Nice apartment, clean and spacious with everything you'd expect. You have to pay for air conditioning - a couple of euros a day. Good location, around the corner from the strip and beach. Main issue was that the person living next door unfortunately had some mental issues and approximately between midnight and 4am continuously shouted and had the tv on as loud a volume as possible. We did not discover if this was a holidaymaker or a long term resident. By the end of the week we completely fed up with this nightly carry on. Response: I remember you mentioning this problem when departing. I have since made enquiries and it turns out these were people on Holiday with someone in the party with as you put it, a slight mental problem. Sorry about that but I cannot guarantee that people in the other apartments will always abide by the rules of the complex. |
