This sunny 2 bedroomed modern penthouse apartment with private roof terrace is an ideal base whether you are seeking a relaxing beach holiday or a Golfing holiday.
Right by the beach and within easy access to all amenities.

The Costa del Sol reputed to being one of the biggest tourist destinations in the world is translated as the coast of sun benefiting from approx 320 days of sunshine per year there are miles of safe sandy beaches an abundance of fantastic golf courses and of course the snow caped mountains of Sierra Nevada. Whether relaxing on the beach, sightseeing, fishing or shopping the Costa del Sol has something to offer to young and old alike. The area is steeped in history dating back before the Greeks, Romans and Moors.

Situated in Benalmadena Costa 2 minutes from the beach the apartment has every amenity. Having a south facing balcony and 360 degree roof terrace the apartment enjoys all day sun from dawn till dusk.

Comprises of 2 Sofas seating 5 people comfortably, satelite TV offering a variety of free to view chanels including all the essential english stations. Patio doors leading to terrace with panaromic sea views.
DINING AREA;
Comprises of dining table & 4 dining chairs, there is also a dining table,chairs and parasol on the terrace, Giving you the choice of where to eat dependent on the weather.
MAIN BEDROOM;
Comprising of double bed, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets with an uninterupted sea view.
TWIN BEDROOM;
Comprising of 2 twin beds, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet.
KITCHEN;
Modern fitted kitchen with good range of wall & base units, hob & full oven with extractor, washing machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, iron & ironing board all crockery and cutlery.
BATHROOM;
Bath with shower, toilet, bidet, hand basin.
Both the Lounge and Main Bedroom have excellent uninterupted sea views.

The Costa del Sol region

The Benalmadena / Benalmadena Costa area

Benalmadena Costa has numerous Bars, Night Clubs and Dancing venues. There are venues showing well known acts and also lots of stars of yesteryear as well as bars hosting nightly quizes and bingo. A lot of the bars have large screen TV's and show all the main sporting events. At Benalmadena's award winning Puerto Marina you will find an abundance of restaurants offering almost every cuisine imaginable, bars, cocktail bars and nightclubs in fact something to suit all ages and tastes.

Tivoli World at Arroyo de La Miel which is just a short bus or train ride away has a Spanish theme park with an array of breathtaking rides, beautiful gardens and superb Flamenco dancing or for those with a head for heights why not take a ride on the cable car to the mountain top and take in the breathtaking views.

Paloma Park again only a short distance away is beautifully landscaped with a lake and fountains, there you will find chickens, rabbits and even peacocks all roaming freely. It is also the home to the Sea Lions and Selwo Dolphins who perform there daily.

There are two excellent water parks in the area which are easily accessible and an excellent fun day out for all the family.
On the beach there are many water sporting activities that you can participate in and for the daredevils why not try your hand at paragliding .
If your a keen angler there are many good fishing spots closeby also organised sea fishing trips from the Marina and Port at Fuengirola.
Bored with sunning yourself on the beach? Then why not take a boat trip, there are many operating throughout the day from the Marina.

Throughout this area there are many pretty white villages which are much more the traditional Spain e.g: Benalnadena Pueblo and Mijas Pueblo can both be reached by bus are well worth a visit, Mijas Pueblo being the larger of the two. Both have bull rings, beautiful churches and breathtaking views over the costa, there are lots of quaint shops and many authentic restaurants offering tapas and local dishes.
If you want to venture a lttle further a trip to Gibraltor takes approx 1hour

Restaurants:
One of the many attractions is the range and diversity of both cafes and restaurants where you can eat a hearty English breakfast for less than 5 euros and enjoy the traditional Menu del Dia (3 course menu of the day) for about 7.50 euros.

The small one time fishing village of Carihuela with its many fish and seafood restaurants is a must for all food enthusiasts.
Fish Alley in Fuengirola is a hive of activity in the evenings, having every type of restaurant including some with live music and many bars and clubs.
The Village of Arroyo de la Miel just a short bus or train ride away is always buzzing no matter what time of year,it has many cafes and restaurants to suit all tastes and pockets and lots of shops to browse.
Benalmadena Puerto Marina has a fantastic choice of restaurants from Spanish to Italian,Greek, Mexican, Indian and Chinese to name but a few.

Shopping:

The new Miramar shopping mall in Fuengirola situated on two floors has an array of shops including many fashion stores, shoe shops, household ,furniture and hypermarket there are also many restaurants plus a multiscreen cinema showing both spanish and english films.

Plaza Mayor an outdoor complex located between Torremolinos and Malaga (approx 20 mins on the train ) is buzzing during the summer months there you will find many types of designer shops and dozens of restaurants and bars with various themes as well as a multiscreen cinema.

Torremolinos & Fuengirola are easily accessible by bus or train both having many shops of all desciptions and some great Tapas restaurants.

There is also the famous Tuesday market in Fuengirola where you can pick up many bargains including amazing fruit and veg for next to nothing.
Malaga approx 30 mins away by train is the capital of Andalucia and has a multitude of attractions for the sightseer and the shopper. There is a magnificent Cathedral, art galleries, designer shops and departmental stores as well as hundreds of bars and restaurants offering fantastic tapas,paella as well as many other cuisines..

Fly to Malaga Airport which is approximately 20 mins drive, there are a number of budget airlines including Easyjet, Ryanair, Monarch and BMIbaby depending on where you are flying from but to get the best deals you need to book early.

We operate an airport transfer service for 30 euros, all we need are your flight details.
Alternatively the train station is approx 7 minutes walk from the apartment.
