NEW luxury 4 bedroom, fully air-conditioned villa located on a private estate very close to vast sandy beaches, world-class golf courses and the picturesque village of Benalmadena Pueblo.

The villa stands on a large plot and has 4 double bedrooms, 2 with en suite bathrooms and all have pool and garden views. The upstairs terrace has fantastic sea and mountain views and is an ideal place for alfresco dining. The pool, gardens and upper balcony have the sun all day and the lower terrace is always in the shade and nice and cool.

An ideal villa for families or for that winter golfing holiday.

All the bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes (with lots of hangers!) and are furnished to a high standard, all having a view of the fabulous private pool and gardens and have centralised air conditioning (hot & cold) which means no noisy motors to keep you awake! Two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and there is a further large family bathroom & a washroom. All bathrooms are fully tiled and fitted with bath and shower.

The large kitchen is fully equipped with quality products including ceramic hob, eye height ovens and microwave fitted integrally into the units, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. The kitchen leads through to the dining room and lounge which is fully open plan and fitted with quality furnishings including 42" plasma TV, Sky TV, ESPN, and DVD Player. WIFI

The villa boasts excellent sea views from the upper terrace which can be accessed via the lounge, dining room and kitchen. Outside table and chairs for alfresco dining on both the upper and lower terraces. The villa is fully alarmed with security shutters, entry intercom system, electric gates to the parking area with parking for up to 4 cars and security lighting.Additional parking outside the villa when the people carriers are locked inside. The terraces, gardens and pool area are secluded for those that like a little privacy!

The gardens accommodate a beautiful swimming pool that has a shallow end and outdoor fresh water shower. There are plenty of sun loungers as well as a garden table, chairs & parasol. The pool and gardens are maintained weekly by the local gardener and kept to a high standard.

The following are Included in the rental price.

1) Meet and greet by our local English speaking agent who will show you around the villa on your arrival
2) All linen and towels (except beach ) which will be changed weekly (washing machine installed for your use if needed). There is a linen charge of 7 euros per person paid when you arrive.

3) Welcome Pack - consisting of bread, milk, eggs, butter, jam, fresh orange juice, water, bottle of wine.When requested.

The swimming pool is available to use throughout the year and is maintained weekly.

The Costa del Sol region

The Costa del Sol region boasts over 300 days of sunshine a year as it has a 'micro' climate.

The area has become a popular winter destination for holidaymakers and golfers as well as a summer hot spot. With the variety of coastal resorts, hillside villages and spectacular golf courses, the Costa del Sol has become the complete holiday destination and being only 2 1/2 hours from the UK, easily accessible to all.

The Benalmadena / Benalmadena Pueblo area

The villa is 5 minutes in the car from the coast road which leads you to Benalmadena Costa with its 'puerto marina' - a spectacular marina with excellent restaurants and bars that cater for a la carte cuisine and others that are ideal for family meals out. Around the marina are activities for the children and shops for mum and dad and for those that enjoy a late night the bars and clubs are plentiful.

Taxi ranks are in abundance and will know exactly where Villa Lucia is situated.

There are many sandy beaches along the coast, in fact 14 of them including 'Benalnatura' , Benalmadena's only official family naturist beach with a bar and restaurant.

Facilities along the coast include Paragliding, Water ski-ing, Jet-ski, Banana Boat etc.

The cable car at Benalmadena takes you up to the mountain top of Calamorro (724 meters). Other attractions in and around the area include Sea Life Aquarium, Tivoli World Amusement Park, Mijas Aqua Park and Go-karting, Fuengirola Zoo and Horse-riding at the Hipodromo Racecourse.

There are an abundance of golf courses near to the villa including Torrequebrada, the world famous Mijas course, La Cala Resort and Valderrama (host to the Ryder Cup in 1997).

In total there are more than 60 golf courses on the Costa del Sol and they all have one thing in common - the fantastic sunny and dry climate allowing golfers to play all year round. Golf trips and associated agreements can be easily arranged.

“Brilliant Family Holiday” The booking and pre-departure information was excellent and very easy through the internet and emails. Directions from the airport were clear and easily followed and the reception at the villa was friendly and informative. The villa had all the facilities we could have wanted and was especially enhanced by there being a pool table and good selection of dvds for the teenagers. Satellite tv kept the toddler amused when he wasn`t in the pool. The upper balcony was a lovely place to have breakfast and barbeque in the evenings. There was no difficulty parking both our cars on the street immediately outside the villa and food shops were just a short drive away. The location gave easy access to both the coast and the mountains and whilst the younger generations went to both waterparks on this stretch of coast the older ones headed for the picturesque and spectacular mountain towns. All in all we had a fantastic time and a truly memorable special family holiday in celebration of our 60th year.

“A superb spacious villa for a great getaway!” We had a fab time at the Villa Lucia to celebrate my mother's 60th birthday. There were 10 of us staying at the villa, including 2 small children and a great time was had by all. We found the villa of a high standard and extremely spacious for a large family. The bedrooms were all of a good size and plenty of bathrooms for the group. The views from the upstairs terrace were amazing and we spent many an evening enjoying this with a glass of vino! It was lovely to have our own pool which was a good size and much needed in the heat. There were lots of interesting places to visit and all very easy to get to from the villa. We would recommend hiring a car as the villa is quite remote and there are no amenities in walking distance. Overall, we had a great time and would highly recommend Villa Lucia - we hope to visit again soon!
