A ground floor studio apartment with enclosed balcony with views to the gardens. It has been fully refurbished, and is equipped with washing machine, tv, dvd player and music centre. The kitchen has a fridge, microwave , oven and hob., as well as a toaster and kettle.
The entrance to the gardens and swimming pools is by an electronic card, which will be provided and should be left in the apartment on departure.
There is a 24 hour reception desk.

The Costa del Sol region
The Costa del Sol known for its favourable climate, with over 300 sunny days per year, hot summers and mild winters.
Malaga, the birthplace of Pablo Picasso, is a 30 minute train journey away, and has a museum in Picasso's memory as well as many other buildings of historical interest. Also there are numerous tapas bars, and a very good shopping centre, including two shopping malls.
Also within easy reach for a day trip are Gibraltar, Ronda and Granada. Several tour companies offer day trips, or there are very good local bus services. The white villages of Mijas and Nerja are also well worth a visit.
The Benalmadena / Benalmadena Costa area
There are three main areas, Benalmadena Costa, Arroyo de la Miel and Benalmadena Pueblo. Benalmadena Costa is the main tourist area, with wide sandy beaches and traditional 'chirinquitos' (beach bars). It also has one of the best marinas in Spain, with many bars, restaurants, shops and boutiques.
Paloma park is also in this area, with lakes, a children's play park and small animals and birds such as hens and rabbits roaming around.
Arroyo de la Miel is a thriving Spanish village, although it has grown over the years, it has still kept its traditions such as the Easter processions and San Juan feria in late June.

Many airlines fly to Malaga from most of the main UK and other European airports. From the UK, you can fly with Easyjet, British Airways, Monarch, Aer Lingus and others.
To transfer from Malaga airport to the apartment, you can catch the local train to Arroyo de la Miel station, and then take a short taxi ride, or you can get a taxi directly from the airport.
There are many car hire companies which operate out of Malaga airport. Val's Rent a Car is a small but very reliable car hire company with personal service.
