About the home

Lovely 1 bedroom apartment with air conditioning in the very popular Minerva complex.This corner apartment has a large balcony which receives sun all day. The lounge area is beautifully furnished with satellite television, dvd/cd player and radio. Minerva is a private complex, which has a 24 hour English speaking reception with safe deposit box hire and internet access.The complex is surrounded by sub-tropical gardens and has a large private swimming pool with slides, a separate children's pool and snack bar. The pool is patrolled by lifeguards during the summer months.The apartment is very accessible for all local amenities including bars, restaurants, shops, parks, marina and beach which is approximately 10 minutes walk.

Minerva is a very family friendly apartment complex with its sub-tropical gardens, large pool with slides & childrens pools. Sunbeds can be hired, poolside bar serving snacks,cold drinks and ice cream during summer.
The self catering Minerva apartments are situated close to all amenities such as supermarkets, shops, chemist & bakery.
Bonanza Square is close by and offers a choice of restaurants and bars to suit all tastes and budgets.
Paloma Park is a beautiful landscaped park within a few minutes walk from the apartment with a large lake, various animal enclosures and childrens play areas.
Puerto Marina is a 20 minute stroll along the promenade where you can see the luxury yachts, and visit the many shops, restaurants, bars and boutiques.

Costa del Sol or Sunshine Coast is aptly named as it averages over 300 sunshine days per year.
Benalmadena is a perfect base if you want to visit some of the other resorts on this beautiful coast including Torremolinos, Fuengirola, Marbella, Puerto Banus, Calahonda, Estepona all the way up to Gibraltar with its duty free shopping.

Paloma Park is a beautiful landscaped park within a few minutes walk from the apartment with a large lake, various animal enclosures & children's play areas. You can see lots of animals roaming free including rabbits, peacocks & hens with their chicks.
Take a stroll along the promenade to Puerto Marina which has twice won the 'Best Marina In The World' award. See the luxury yachts and visit the many shops, restaurants, bars and boutiques.
The Train Station at Arroyo de la Miel is a 10 to 15 minute walk with the resorts of Torremolinos and Fuengirola then only 10 minutes ride away.
Also located near to the station is Tivoli World Amusement Park & Teleferico cable cars. Tivoli World is great for all the family with its rides, themed bars,shows & restaurants.The cable cars take you 600m to the top of Mount Calmorro where you get fantastic views of Torremolinos, Benalmadena & Fuengirola coastline. There is also donkey rides & a birds of prey show.
There are 2 waterparks nearby in Torremolinos & Mijas (Fuengirola)

“First class apartment” This is a lovely apartment with everything you need for a perfect holiday, I have stayed in this apartment before and would reccommend it, it is close to supermarkets, bars and restaurants and the pool at the minerva is outstanding ideal location for all ages either to stay in the complex, visit the beach which is a 10 min walk or go sightseeing

Special rates on Winter bookings of 4 to 6 weeks between Nov to March are £125 per week based on 2 sharing. Longer term bookings for the apartment during this period based on 2 sharing are £120 per week.

Changeover day is normally Saturday from April to October. We are flexible during the rest of the year.

Apartment is available from 2pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on day of departure.
