The lounge area is beautifully furnished with satellite television, dvd/cd player and radio. Minerva is a private complex, which has a 24 hour English speaking reception with safe deposit box hire and internet access.The complex is surrounded by sub-tropical gardens and has a large private swimming pool with slides, a separate children's pool and snack bar. The pool is patrolled by lifeguards during the summer months.The apartment is very accessible for all local amenities including bars, restaurants, shops, parks, marina and beach which is approximately 5 minutes walk.

Costa del Sol or Sunshine Coast is aptly named as it averages over 300 sunshine days per year. Benalmadena is a perfect base if you want to visit some of the other resorts on this beautiful coast including Torremolinos, Fuengirola, Marbella, Puerto Banus, Calahonda, Estepona all the way up to Gibraltar with its duty free shopping.

Paloma Park is a beautiful landscaped park within a few minutes walk from the apartment with a large lake, various animal enclosures & children's play areas. You can see lots of animals roaming free including rabbits, peacocks & hens with their chicks. Take a stroll along the promenade to Puerto Marina which has twice won the 'Best Marina In The World' award. See the luxury yachts and visit the many shops, restaurants, bars and boutiques. The Train Station at Arroyo de la Miel is a 10 to 15 minute walk with the resorts of Torremolinos and Fuengirola then only 10 minutes ride away. Also located near to the station is Tivoli World Amusement Park & Teleferico cable cars. Tivoli World is great for all the family with its rides, themed bars,shows & restaurants.The cable cars take you 600m to the top of Mount Calmorro where you get fantastic views of Torremolinos, Benalmadena & Fuengirola coastline. There is also donkey rides & a birds of prey show. There are 2 waterparks nearby in Torremolinos & Mijas (Fuengirola)
How to get there
Fly to Malaga Airport. Minerva Apartments in Benalmadena are about 15 to 20 minutes by taxi (always available outside the airport) fare should be around 20 euros. Car hire is available at the airport and can be booked before you leave on www.autosabroad .com. Cheap flights are available to Malaga from all the major and provincial airports easyjet.com, jet2.com, bmibaby.com, flymonarch.com etc

NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion. Special rates on Winter bookings of 4 to 6 weeks between Nov to March are £120 per week based on 2 sharing. Longer term bookings for the apartment during this period based on 2 sharing are £110 per week.
Changeover day is normally Saturday from April to October. We are flexible during the rest of the year.
Apartment is available from 2pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on day of departure. ( If there is a void in bookings, where possible we try to be flexible but only by prior arrangement)
