About the home

The accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, washing machine, halogen hob and two fridges there is a breakfast bar with stools.

There are two bedrooms one with a luxury en suite bathroom also a luxury shower room . Both rooms are bright and airy with twin beds.

The lounge area has been furnished to a high standard with leather sofa's, heavy oak table, television , mini hi-fi with CD, tape and radio and dvd player. There is a selection of music and films which will suit any age group.

The patio doors provide access to the terrace and stunning views and is equipped with a large oval table and six chairs, this area has an outside light. A couple of steps lead down to a large roof garden, which has great views during the day and stunning views at night.

The Costa del Sol region

The climate in the Costa Del Sol is very good all year round, temperatures vary in the winter months from 12 to 20 degrees and from mid 20's to high 30's in the summer months.

There are plenty of places to explore and are easily accessible by bus or train. Fuengirola with its vibrant nightlife, hundreds of bars and restaurants, clubs, markets and miles of sandy beach this really is a lively place to visit. Puerto Banus has great department stores and good beaches, the marina is the place to drool over the multi million pound boats while enjoying a glass of sangria in one of the many restaurants. Marbella is a must for a classier evening out, fantastic shopping or sight seeing it boasts traditional Spanish architecture and terrific tapas. Mijas is a beautiful white washed Andalucian village on the edge of a mountain. It is great to visit in the evening and dine in one of the numerous restaurants, there is also a pretty little church, bull ring and fabulous gardens with stunning views.

There are two water parks quite close one in Torremolinos and the other in Mijas with numerous flumes and pools a great day out for the whole family.

If you have never seen the Barbary Apes why not visit Gibraltar which is about one and a half hours away, there are also the caves to explore on the rock.

The Benalmadena / Benalmadena Pueblo area

Benalmadena Pueblo is a traditional anadalucian village with white washed buildings and cobbled narrow streets.There you numerous bars and restaurants you can experience and caters for all tastes.The views are amazing from the lovely church which is situated at the top of the village. The village is easily reached by walking.There are various festivals and events in the Pueblo to celebrate and take part in at different times of the year.

Arroyo Del a Miel has a mixture of Spanish and English bars and restaurants. A must is to visit Tivoli World which is great fun for the whole family , it is very beautiful with its lights and gardens, there is a fun fair and attractions. There are good restaurants and bars in the park together with nightly entertainment. Just outside the gates of Tivoli is the cable car ride, once you reach the top there are breathtaking views together with falconery shows.

There is a market on a Friday and is situated in the car park at Tivoli World were you can pick up some great bargains.

“The condo had everything we needed, including a huge, privite outside patio” Truly loved the area, very safe and quite. Beautiful view from the patio, especially at night. Very convenient to the freeway and the Los Mimosa. The Los Mimosa is a British Bar, and Steph, the condo owner is friendly with the bar owner, Barry. Very friendly and informative bar.
