This elegant residential has reception, video-vigilance, internet access in lobby, 2 large swimming pools (summer) with handicapped access, sunbeds, big private gardens with sitting furniture, gym, games and lecture room, parking, the street to access is private for the residential. 6 lifts. Close to all around but very quiet and relaxing without traffic noises.
Linen and bath towels, kitchen with all necessary.
The apartment has been totally renewed, new modern kitchen, etc.

One of the main advantages in the area of Torremolinos-Benalmádena is the micro-climate all year. It´s wonderful !! winter medium temperature 19ºC.

5 minutes walking to the beach and promenade: On the right Puerto Marina, and on the left you have a promenade of 6 km walking on sandy ground and chiringuitos. (see photos album). CAR UNNECESSARY.

The Costa del Sol region
In the heart of Costa del Sol, in the border between Benalmadena-Torremolinos with the best facilities to know Málaga province and the rest of Andalucía, very well communicated with Sevilla (Giralda), Córdoba (Mezquita), Granada (Alhambra and sky), etc.
AVE train Malaga-Madrid in 2,30 hr.
Medical Assistance Centre Carihuela: 100 mt. distance from aptm. Urgencies 24hr (5 minutes)
It´s not necessary car because there are train & bus for all cities with cheap prices.
Benalmádena-Torremolinos- has a micro-climate with sunny winters of 19ºC medium temperature. The residential Duquesa de España, well known for all people, is in front of Puerto Marina (very famous for his structure), border Torremolinos-Benalmádena, full of international cooking restaurants and, of course, spanish food, (shellfish, ham, paella, pescaito, wine, beer) tapas-bar as well as many shops.
Also, If you love animals and nature, around there are leisure parks (Selwo Park, Marine-Dolphin Park, Cocodrile Park, El Retiro Park) Tivoly World, Aquapark for all family.
Many lively and funny street markets in differents places and days, where you can find big bargains.
The Benalmadena / Benalmadena Costa area
Apart from "siesta", you have: golf, horse riding, diving, fishing, sailing, surfing, swimming, windsurfing, tennis, bike, mountains sports, cultural events, artistic and monumental patrimony.
Different religions churches, and a lot of "chiringuitos" for "tapas", bars, restaurants.
Also, his country and rural little villages in the mountains are amazing and unforgettable places for visit (Mijas, Ronda, Frigiliana, Antequera...) and, of course, you can visit Sevilla, Granada, Córdoba easily by AVE, high velocity train.
A lot of golf courses, Torremolinos golf resort 7 km distance.
Local travel agents offer inexpensive excursions to all Andalucia.
Good nighlife all year (in pubs & clubs inside and lovely terraces outside)
There are a numerous golf - horse - sailing - tennis, etc... courses. During all year there are differents festivals as "feria", or activities. Also on the beach differents events.

My wife and I stayed at this apartment 10 weeks from January 2013. We were extremely satisfied with its general confort and its cleanliness. We got everything you need to spend the winter time: good heating, flat screen television and everything to prepare good meals. The apartment has been renovated recently. It is very quiet, no noise to disturb you in the evening. The pictures in the ad give you a real idea of what the apartment looks like. It is no more than 300 feet from a grocery store and at ten minutes walk from the train station El Pinillo and ten minutes from the Marina and the "paseo maritimo". There are two twin beds in the room and one extra bed. However, we must say that the mattresses could be more confortable. Anyway, for the price asked, it is difficult to find better. everything went so smoothly, was met at apartment by angellas (sorry spelling might be wrong) who showed me around the apartment and instructed me on how to use the facilities, the apartment was bright, airy and cool (it was very hot and the air conditioning was a god send !!). Only used the cooker once (night of arrival) due to the fact that it really is cheaper to eat out than in, and the vast array of eating places is amazing. Had a fantastic month, didnt want to come home at all and we are currently planning our next excursion of travelling the med by actually starting in the same area, its beautiful there and once gone your smitten for life !!! ALSO i highly reccoment trying Le Rodeo, the most mouth watering, tender and MASSIVE steak i have ever tried, honestly you dont need chips !!! we ate there several times during our months stay, and ALSO Le Greek, amazing greek food, but they also went out of their way to make us a moroccan lamb as we were actually looking for a moroccan restaurant at the time, we ate here several times too as the food was excellent, and the staff so so friendly... but there is so much to do and see the list is endless. |

Stayed at this lovely spotless clean, fully equipped apartment January 2012,had a very warm welcome from the owner, who informed us all about the facilities and travelling in the area.the apartment has now had a refurb and looks fantastic.It is very handy for the local bus and trains. The reception staff were most helpful, and there is a Lidl supermarket 100 metres from the apartment,we would definately reccomend this apartment. |
