If you are looking for a House in Andalucía, from this place you can get all areas by train & bus easily.

One of the main advantages in the area of Torremolinos-Benalmádena is the micro-climate all year. It´s wonderful !
If you want to take vacations in autum or winter don´t loose this apportunity to live the best rest time here. You will come back.

5 minutes walking to the beach and promenade: On the right Puerto Marina, and on the left you have a promenade of 6 km walking on sandy ground and chiringuitos. (see photos album). CAR UNNECESSARY.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region

In the heart of Costa del Sol, with the best facilities to know Málaga province and the rest of Andalucía, very well comunicated with Sevilla (Giralda), Córdoba (Mezquita), Granada (Alhambra and sky), etc.
AVE train Malaga-Madrid in 2,30 hr.

Medical Assistance Centre Carihuela: 100 mt. distance from aptm. Urgencies 24hr (5 minutes)

It´s not necessary car because there are train & bus for all cities with cheap prices.


Benalmádena-Torremolinos- has a micro-climate with sunny winters of 19ºC medium temperature. The residential Duquesa de España, well known for all people, is in front of Puerto Marina (very famous for his structure), border Torremolinos-Benalmádena, full of international cooking restaurants and, of course, spanish food, (shellfish, ham, paella, pescaito, wine, beer) tapas-bar as well as many shops.

Also, If you love animals and nature, around there are leisure parks (Selwo Park, Marine-Dolphin Park, Cocodrile Park, El Retiro Park) Tivoly World, Aquapark for all family.

Many lively and funny street markets in differents places and days, where you can find big bargains.


Benalmadena / Benalmadena Costa area

Apart from "siesta", you have: golf, horse riding, diving, fishing, sailing, surfing, swimming, windsurfing, tennis, bike, mountains sports, cultural events, artistic and monumental patrimony.
Different religions churches, and a lot of "chiringuitos" for "tapas", bars, restaurants.

Also, his country and rural little villages in the mountains are amazing and unforgettable places for visit (Mijas, Ronda, Frigiliana, Antequera...) and, of course, you can visit Sevilla, Granada, Córdoba easily by AVE, high velocity train.

Local travel agents offer inexpensive excursions to all Andalucia.

Good nighlife all year (in pubs & clubs inside and lovely terraces outside)

There are a numerous golf - horse - sailing - tennis, etc... courses. During all year there are differents festivals as "feria", or activities. Also on the beach differents events.

From Malaga international airport directly you can take a train (Cercanías Costa del Sol) to "El Pinillo" station to arrive in 10 minutes and only 5 minutes walking to the complex Duquesa de España (an emblematic building very known in the zone)Taxi from airport (aprox. 20€)

Very well connected by air, train, bus, to know all Andalucía (you don´t need car) bus and train are cheap.

Our previous visitors came from Canada, during two last years between january and april and they decided to come for living all year to our Residential Duquesa de España and bought an apartment. They love the complex and his location.
We have had our best vacations time in this apartment, all amenities are very close walking and at the same time we were very relaxed and quiet in this comfortable apartment. We´ll be back. Antoinne & Anne
