Only a few steps to the beach!!!!!! yes this gorgeous little 2 bed apartment looks out onto the charming old andaluz "Plaza ole" square right in the heart of Benalmadena,and world famous Puerto Marina !! everything you could ask for is here and theres no need to wander far or even drive unless you wish to sightsee!! the apartment is situated in Plaza Ole a hidden gem of a square with a pretty fountain in its heart,with bars and restaurants around this square has a wonderful atmosphere and yet the apartment is a very quiet one to aide a restful sleep.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms ,one double and one twin.with portable fan/heaters in colder months.the double has french windows to a small patio andaluz with security bars.
there is a bathroom/shower/toilet leading off the long and high celing in the hall which leads to the large living room and spacious american kitchen.fully fitted for all your holiday needs.there are french doors to a charming terrace which overlooks the square (gorgeous at night) and sea views.

AIR CON IS NOW AVAILABLE FROM 2012 IN BOTH BEDROOMS AT A COST PER USE.

the balcony has had a fully fitted awning providing full shade from the sun and protection from rain.

Further details outdoors:
Parking is avaliable in the square and surrounding roads however it is a metered area.although not expensive.
on the main road you will find every type of shop bar and restaurant you could ask for.there is a barclays bank behind the apartment also.there are a few supermarkets to choose from as well.you will not want for anything
there is a 24 hour supermarket in Puerto Marina

The apartment is located close for trips to Ronda,Mijas,Gibraltar,Granada With the best climate in Spain the Costa del Sol is a favourite holiday location. is ideally placed for exploring the coast as well as hidden treasures such as Mijas Pueblo and Benalmadena Pueblo. (Benalmadena Pueblo is a short bus ride and is caught at the end of the road ) In addition to the bus service along the N 340 coast road, there is a main pick-up point for excursions to Gibraltar, Granada, Cordoba and Seville, Cadiz and boat trips are available to Morroco

Mountain range backdrop with cable cars to the top. The mountain region of the Sierra Nevada which provides southern spain with its Ski and snowboard season in winter is just a car drive away. To the West near Tarifa is a popular and well known coastline for windsurfers and surfers A must see !!
