There are two bedrooms, the master bedroom with full en-suite bathroom and double bed. The second bedroom with three twin beds and a house bathroom with bath, shower, bidet, toilet etc.

The complex has a fantastic garden with swimming pool which has a beautiful view over the sea.
From the apartment you can access many beaches, from rock to fine sandy beaches.
The apartment is ground floor to the rear but 2nd floor to the front and has an elevator to the garden and pool.

The apartment is situated near the Torrequebrada hotel on the outskirts of Benalmaden within easy reach of the hustle and bustle of the busy tourist area.
Benalmadena is situated on the side of the Sierra de Mijas, at 280 metres above sea level, and easy to get to from Malaga . There are also train and bus links to the town from Malaga. The climate is mild, varying between a minimum winter temperature of five degrees and 35 in summer.
Over the past twenty years Benalmadena has become one of the key tourism centres on the Costa del Sol, triplicating its off-season population of 30,000 inhabitants in the summer period. It is divided into three urban areas: Benalmadena Pueblo, Arroyo de la Miel and Benalmadena Costa. The first is at 280 metres above sea level, a typical mountain village with narrow streets and geranium-potted windows. The second is between this area and the sea, an urban area that grew up around the train station and the main road between Benalmadena and the coast. The third, Benalmadena Costa, is just what the name suggests: a coastal town with all the relevant facilities of such a place.
The Benalmadena / Torrequebrada area
There is plenty to do here all the year round, among the attractions being the Puerto Marina, the Telecabina, the Casino in Torrequebrada and the golf course of the same name. The marina, in Benalmadena Costa, can take up to almost 1,000 boats of up to six metres long, and almost all types of water sports are practiced here, including hang-gliding and underwater snorkelling. The cable cars (telecabinas) link Arroyo de la Miel with the peak of the Carramolo mountain, and from here, on a clear day, one can see right across to Africa. Heading down from the town on the Torremuelle road, one arrives at the Torrequebrada Casino, one of the best entertainment and conference centres on the entire coastline. In the housing development of the same name one finds the Torrequebrada Golf Course.

Santa Maria Apt is one of the best apartments we've stayed in. It is very spacious, we had more than enough room for the four of us ( 2 adults, a 15 and 10 year old). We were very impressed on arrival, it lived up to what we expected from the photos however the balcony and view were even more spectacular than we thought they would be. It was very clean, modern, had plenty of storage and the kitchen was well equiped. Boys were happy to have satelite TV, a DVD player and a huge sofa to relax on. The pool was a firm favourite considering we had it to ourselves most of the time. There was about a 15 minute stroll to get to the centre of Benalmadena but it was along the shoreline so wasn't too bad. A taxi is about 6 euros. There is a small supermarket close by in the Flatotel for basics which was handy. All in all a brilliant holiday made better by a perfect apartment. |

Your apartment out lived all expectations. It was absolutely perfect for us, it was the biggest one we've stayed in! The rooms were great, especially having the two bathrooms, the kitchen had everything we needed, the dining and living area were very spacious and the balcony and view - WOW!!
All four of us have said it was one of the best holidays we've had and the apartment was number one.
We will not hesitate in recommending it to family and friends and if we plan to go back to Benalmadena in the future we will certainly be in touch with you.
