This is the most popular resort in Benalmadena. It´s situated approximately 5 mins. walk from the beach and l5 minutes walk to Benalmadena Port with its array of exquisite restaurants and fantastic night life.
Perfect holiday complex with lots of pools with lifeguards in summer. 24 hour English speaking reception with safety deposit box service.
Close to the busy village of Arroyo de la Miel which has a trains going to Fuengirola and Malaga. It has an attraction park called Tivoli World, a cable car, a lovely Friday market, Dolphinarium and Sea Life.

The property is owned by a local couple who are always on hand should there be an emergency i.e. lost keys. Lifts, Internet corner in reception. hairdressers. all linen and towels supplied. Very clean.

The Costa del Sol region
There are various markets nearby where you can soak up the local atmosphere. If you want to go further afield then the train station is quite close and takes you both to Malaga and Fuengirola.For something a little different then a little further away you have horse riding and quads, golf the nearest course is near the airport, Malaga itself is a very interesting place to visit.
You can walk to the cable car which takes you to the top of the local mountain and once there you can enjoy for free the bird show and ride on the donkeys
Only a short taxi drive away is the lovely Sunset Beach Casino and Show. There are lots of shopping centres and bowling centres nearby too, so you really will not be at a loss for what to do!
The Benalmadena / Benalmadena Costa area
The old city of Malaga is only 30 mins. away by train which is very interesting. You can go to Marbella by bus, train or of course rent a car. Puerto Banus is a must, especially at night where you´ll see the rich and famous.
There are various excursions to Seville and Cordoba. You can go to Gibraltar and take a boat out to see the dolphins or see the monkeys on Gibraltar Rock. You can see the famous viaduct in Rhonda or just ride up to see the lovely white village of Mijas.

Flights to Malaga Airport very easy to acquire as most airports have 2 budget airlines.
Taxi from the airport between 23 to 28€ all according to how much luggage you have.
or
You can get the train from the airport to Arroyo-de-la-Miel (Benalmadena) station which
is 5 minutes in a taxi or walking distance 10-15 minutes all according to how fit you are.

well Jean what can i say the apartment was spotliss everything you need was there, the pools are very clean the bonaza square had lovely frendly bars not to mention the good food you did not need a car every thing was there just a short stroll or bus ride away thanks for the things you left coffe,tea milk ,wine etc very gratfull we will be back Julie, Terry & Brandon ps the veiws are spectacular |

We stayed one month in this excellent centrally located apartment. The Minerva apartment building is lovely and clean and in the reception area you will find computers that all can use. The apartment was lovely and clean and packed with everything you might need for a great holiday. The kitchen was fully equiped with everything you need and the bathroom was really clean with plenty of hot water. The two beds were good with plenty of bedding if needed and the balcony for a gin & tonic in the evening was just right. The apartment is very close to all ameanaties such as restaurants (very good) supermarkets and bars. The town of Benalmadena is five minuets up the road and the beach is 5 minutes down the road and there is a wonderfull park just around the corner. The local busses are excellent and easy to use and the local train is also very good and easy to use . Our month went so fast. I highly recommend this apartment. |

Availability notes:
I was the first to stay in my friends studio just to make sure everything was good and it was lovely, never had such a good bed, even at home would certainly recommend it, so close to everything as well!
