This fantastic newly built apartment is just five years old with every thing you need for a great holiday. Luxury furnishings with TV with full British Freeview. The pool is right out side with a lifeguard on duty during Summer season (May to September). There are tennis courts on site, a golf driving range and also a public golf course which is just a 10 minute walk away. There is a supermarket within walking distance from the apartment as well. You have mountain views from your terrace. You are only 15 minute walk from the Old Town with its quaint bars and restaurants. If you're looking for a more lively evening there are loads of local taxis which will charge you 8 euros to take you into Banalmadena port. There you can find lovely restaurants overlooking the sea, bars, night clubs and not forgetting the miles of sandy beaches and designer shops.

You are idealy placed to enjoy the whole of southern spain. Car hire is cheap and thee are excursions available. Duty free shopping in Gibralta makes a great day out and is only 1 hour 30 mins away. There is a train link to Fuengirola and Torremolinos which are both less than 30 minutes away. You are also only 10 mins walk away from the Old Town where you can find a beautiful quaint restaurants and bars. So if you're looking for a quiet evening with some traditional local Spanish hospitality this is a must.
Further details
When you arrive at the apartment (which is a 25-30 Euros taxi ride from Malaga Airport) you will be met by Ian (my English speaking contact) who will give you your keys and show you round. Ian lives near by and will be on hand if you have any problems during your stay. There is no extra charge for this service.
There is a 30 Euro extra charge payable directly to Ian if he has to meet you after 8pm on the day of your arrival.
Your rental fee covers everything in the apartment apart from pay meter on the Air conditioning.The average spend on Air conditioning is 8 Euro's a week.
Conditions
There is a £150 per holiday security deposit which is paid back to you within one week of your stay providing theres no breakages or extra cleaning to do.

The Costa del Sol’s resort of Benalmadena with its miles of beautiful fine sand beaches and splendid weather, have kept tourists coming back year after year.
The Costa del Sol caters to young and old, locals and tourists alike, offering an exciting selection of entertainment and relaxation options.
From Benalmadena you could take a drive around the coast from Málaga to Marbella which is now one of the most cosmopolitan places of the Costa del Sol, with the most famous marina of the Mediterranean, Puerto Banus, where have anchored the most outstanding and legendary yachts. The centre of the jet-set, holiday residence or playground of princes, millionaires or members of the show business, is nowadays a spotless city with beautiful boulevards, parks and gardens and a historic centre with Moorish and Andalusian flavor.
You could also travel to Gibraltar, which is a duty-free shopper’s heaven and still continues to offer duty free goods despite changes elsewhere in Europe. Prices at the airport, notably for tobacco and spirits, are among the least expensive in the world.
The Benalmadena area
Benalmadena port is only a 8 Euro cab ride away. There you will find a beautiful beach, bars, fabulous restaurants and designer shops. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly.
There are numerous golf courses, an amusement park, two aquariums, a casino, a cable car and one of the largest marinas in Andalusia.
The outstanding Puerto Marina in Benalmadena is one point of attraction for all kinds of visitors during the day and during the night, with many shops, cafes and restaurants, bars and night clubs. The nightlife around this area is very animated and lasts until the early morning hours.
For anyone who wants to dance the night away there are huge clubs, trendy quayside bars, a casino, international cabaret and flamenco shows - all this and much, much more makes Benalmadena Nightlife one of the Costa del Sol's favourite nightlife spots.
Paloma Park is my favourite piece of Benalmadena and Arroyo de la Miel. With landscaped gardens, a large lake with gigantic water flume and wildlife including fowls, peacocks and friendly rabbits running freely, it's like an oasis in the center of the busy resort. There are two small playparks for the children and three cafes where you can stop for a cool drink. There is also a cactus garden with many species from around the world. At the top of the park is the public library with more water features. Also in this are is the feria ground where a car boot sale is held on Wednesday mornings.
Nearby is Europes largest butterfly park, Mariposario de Benalmadena, containing over 150 different species from all over the world.
The cable car or Teleferico ride from Arroyo de la Miel to the top of Monte Calamorro is another popular attraction. The ten minute journey provides fantastic panoramic views over the area, and on a clear day you may even get a glimpse of the north African coast.
You may well have visited a Sealife Centre in Britain. This is a British company which has developed such sites all over the UK and Europe. The one in Benalmadena is situated right in the port area. Children love it. All Sea Life Centres are different and reflect the area in which they are situated. At this centre is an exhibit of sea life to be found in the Mediterranean. There is a walk-through Lost City of Atlantis where the sea and its creatures are all around, even above you. There are sharks, a tank of stingrays, pirahnas and a seahorse exhibit. Expect to spend quite a bit of time here. It is both entertaining and instructive, and opportunities to actually touch or feed some of the fish. Most of the centre is indoors so it is a suitable place to visit should the weather be bad, but there is also an outside area with a mini golf course and cafeteria. There are over 30 displays and what is claimed to be the largest collection of sharks in Europe.
Tivoli World is an amusement park is situated in Arroya de la Miel. The main areas are Andalucia with live Spanish music and dance, Western Square with live country music and dance and Tivolilandia with children's rides. The entrance fee includes all entertainment, but Tivolino, the parks own currency, has to be purchased to use the rides which are scattered throughout the park. There is also a 3500 seat theatre which features a variety of events throughout the year. There is a wide range of restaurants, cafes and bars. If you do not have your own transport there are regular bus services and it is not too far from the Arroya de la Miel train station. There are also taxis. The regular Friday market is held in the Tivoli car park roughly between 9am and 1pm.

clean,spacious and pool ensuite! well within 10 yards anyway cant get much closer lol.contains everything you need for a fab holiday and very easy booking,martin was quick to reply with availability and answer any queries.and if you need a hire car i can recommened cargest malaga,the owner miquel, lives on this complex and was more than helpful and fantastic rates too,we found out the hard way after booking with a company online :-( didnt get a car! |

Stayed at martins apartment 8th Aug for two weeks as a family with three teenage boys. Swimming pool was right outside door of apartment which was very clean. Apartment was spotlessly clean,comfortable an very well equiped with lifes little luxuries. Boys enjoyed playing paddle tennis in the nearby courts an also using the driving range a short walk away. Everyone with whom we met in complex was very friendly including our english speaking contact Ian who was on hand if needed. As a family we would definitely recommend this property an hope to stay there again soon. |
