This flat and area was chosen because of its magnificent position-right on the prom,close to all amenities to make a wonderful relaxing holiday possible in one of the world's most beautiful regions -THE COSTA DEL SOL.

Sea,sunshine,sports,golf,sail,surf or just chill and sample the many excellent and inexpensive restaurants.Salsa the night away then visit the Crocodile park or Tivoli or sea aquarium or markets or white villages-Mihas,mountains or Marbella,Granada,Cordoba,Nerja,Sevilla,lake district----the list of activities is enormous.

The flat offers a home with luxury without museum feel----a fine library of reading and watching material -with tv/vhs in lounge and main bedroom and dvd in lounge.it is your home and your comfort is paramount.

This garden flat is only 3 metres from the swimming pool,access is easy for able or disabled as it is all one level.the large lounge/dining room is well furnished.comfortable, anti-solar curtains keep the interior cool and the portable air conditioner lets guests cool-off after too much sun or Sangria.Siestasafter brunch or late lunches are recommended during the very hot summers when it is hottest around 4 pm.

Constant hot water from the immersion unit supplies shower,bidet,and kitchen.

there are sun loungers/chairs and the kitchen has all facilities inc juicers----fresh orange juice with breakfast??

The apartment is located in ed.Neptune block of flats--mostly owned by wealthy Spanish people from Cordoba,Madrid and Jaen.This BUILDING has a garden with an outdoor BBQ AND WELCOME SHADE.
It is located on the promenade ,next to tended beaches and many beach restaurants,as well as several 4* Hotels where you can eat,drink,dance and watch floor shows at little or no extra cost.

You are spoiled for choice in the many excellent spanish and international restaurants and bars within 10 minute stroll from your front door.buses and trains are close by,markets about 10 minutes by bus.

Supermarkets,large and small very close and takeaway restaurants close.remember that fine eating,window shopping, people watching in the Marina and la Carihuela--fish to die for- are really close.
in summary,you need to visit this area several times a year and you will not exhaust the amenities!!
I am very fortunate to live here as the people, climate, food, are wonderful.

Please note that guests must supply their own beach towels-can be bought locally--and keep the soft furniture
protected particularly from sun repellent oils.

Guests must not smoke in the flat and are requested not to wear street shoes inside the apartment

The Benalmadena / Carihuela Beach area

Montemar Bajo and la Carihuela have the feel of villages which in many ways they still are as they border the sea.There are still fishermen sailing from the beaches,catching sardines and octopus for you to eat on the same day in the chiringuito restaurants on the Paseo or in the village.The children attend local schools and learn their tradional Flamenco dancing which exhiliarate with its flamboyance and vitality.

There are so many places to visit----closeby Benalmadena Marina with million pound flats, restaurants, bars, boutiques, sailing trips, tourist train, and Sea-Life Aquarium and fish to feed in between the yachts.La Carihuela processes Virgin del Carmen,by fishing boat on her feast day. Eat tapas,grilled sardines,drink/taste Sangria/Malaga Dulce wine or sip a fino sherry,washed down with superb coffee,ice cream and local patisseries.Mijas,Arroyo and Paloma park ,Benalmadena Pueblo are a short bus ride away.

FLY---to Malaga AGP Airport.

Malaga is easy and inexpensive to reach by air--BOOK EARLY TO GET CHEAPEST FLIGHTS.

Many airlines,inc Budget Airlines,fly there from many European and North American locations.

This garden beach-side LUXURY APARTMENT is ONLY 15 mins by car/taxi from Malaga Airport.

Take N340 ROAD VIA Torremolinos BYPASS towards Benalmadena. Turn left at roundabout at end of bypass then First Right in to avenida Espana-your destination---drive to bottom and Neptune building is on your Left.

Car Hire is inexpensive-local to the apartment or collect/drop at the airport.

The FLAT is a 10 minute stroll on the promenade outside your front door from the Marina and the famous village of la Carihuela
